Ken, the manager, helped us promptly, politely and with positive zeal!

He asked us what kind of sleepers we were (side, stomach, back sleepers) and was quickly able to formulate distinct recommendations for us.

We instantly loved the mattresses he showed to us, and merely had to choose our desired level of firmness.

Ken explained much about owning a mattress such as when to rotate it (didn’t know that) and proper care in order to ensure its longevity.

Having already shopped around at previous stores, we were enamored with the price, warranty, return-deal and Ken’s salesmanship.

Needless to say, we are now the happy owners of a new mattress, with our sincerest compliments to Ken.
