This studio is great. Selina is a friendly, professional that gives you very good service and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Scheduled my next appointment with this great girl.

WORST COMPANY EVER. Waxes Horrible. Customer Service Horrible. Employee Retention Horrible.

Do not go to these people, do not work for these people. They are nasty towards customers and good employees alike. They treat people poorly, they dont sanitize and they are just bad business. Haven seen plenty of women get infections here, have heard waxing horror stories and most of all, they treat their employees like slaves. Ther waxing manager is very unprofessional, the management is just nasty towards these poor young girls.

DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR MODERN DAY SLAVERY.

I have tried to cancel the plan I have several times and they are not wanting to cancel it and still taking money out of my account. Don't sign up for anything just pay as you go because once you sign up it's hard to cancel.

Angelica was great! This was my first time here and my first Brazilian ever and she was very knowledgeable and helped keep me calm during thr entire process! She was very friendly and will definitely be back to see her!

This by far the worst wax I have ever gotten. I had to remind the clinician to only go front to back 3 times. As well as just getting home and realizing I still have hair down there. And I leave for Mexico in the morning. Nice people but poor quality as fare as the Brazilian and up the back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

They treat the waxers so poorly here that I feel terrible for the young girls. I used to love coming here because of certain waxers, but they never last long because they treat them so poorly. It says a lot about the toxic culture within their company. They take advantage of these young estheticians, work them long hours and hinder their professional growth. I recommend young estheticians find somewhere else to begin their journey because the culture at this particular company makes me disgusted to the point I wont even support their services.

Cara at the Greenville location is the absolute best Waxer ever. She is so patient with me and always do a superb job caring for my skin. I’m so grateful to have her as my personal Esthetician! My skin looks so much better since I began going to her.

Never actually got to experience this company. I had been trying for 2 weeks to get in here, and had my appointment rescheduled without even a call or email to notify me of the change. I was understanding the first time I had to be rescheduled but the second time and without my knowledge or opinion is unacceptable. I expected more from a place with such a high rating. Very disappointed.

Best in the city, please communicate with your waxer about what you need/prefer and they will always listen. I've been coming here since 2017 and have always had amazing experiences. Shana is a true gem. I've had other favorites but they had left for other opportunities! The one waxer that was not personable and attentive to guest needs didn't last long as customer service is taken seriously here.

For the other person saying the front desk is mismanaged and charged her card for months after she canceled. I had to cancel after moving to NY and didn't have a hiccup. I'm not sure what happened but I really hope you get your refund resolved soon. These ladies have always been great and understanding.

I had to reschedule due to me being new and they needed to prep. I was completely ok with it. Went in and Meghan did my Brazilian. She is the sweetest. This was a new place for me so I was kind of nervous but she was absolutely great. I thought it would be extremely painful in certain areas due to previous experiences but she was really gentle. I will definitely be visiting again.

Service is great. Stephanie is awesome! Wish they would get the online booking system fixed. Hassle to have to call in to book appointments.

Love going here for my monthly cleanup. I've had some pretty good ladies work on me but I've stayed pretty consistent with Jen. She's takes care and time in our conversation is always interesting and entertaining.

Professional staff, answered all my questions and explained everything. Mackie did an excellent job and gained another customer!

Fatima was absolutely wonderful. She took her time to explain how everything worked and breathing techniques to help with the pain. Will definitely be coming again in the future!

As waxing goes, this is a clean and very comfortable place. Jen took care of me and she is awesome

Disappointed in the lack of customer service.this service isn't cheap, and my wife is always on time. She is a doctor and her schedule is difficult, some rain today would make her 5 minutes late and they cancelled. I would never do that in my professional world. I understand people have schedules to keep, but 5 minutes when its raining.the service takes 15-20 minutes anyways so why did the technician HAVE to leave?

Great experience with Stephanie at The Colony! I was unhappy with monthly charges continuing after my 6 month membership had ended. I was further disappointed with management's response. After expressing my disappointment, I received a call from Ms. Baptista who not only addressed my concerns, but offered a sincere apology and resolution. Thanks for turning a negative into a positive!
