Depil Brazil Waxing Studio, Fort Worth TX

Came for the free first Brazilian, left multiple patches of hair, left wax on my butt, it was so much hair left that it wasn’t worth the pain of having come at all. I do not hunt for free things, it says $35 on the website and that is what I was expecting, but I guess they thought I was hunting for free things because this wax was horrible.

Noemi is amazing I feel comfortable. Any person you get a wax from is great. Some the females at the front desk have attitudes and a bit of entitlement with there position.

Great place to get a wax but do not sign up for any of their pre paid waxes. I had a miscarriage and hadn’t gone in for months, they continued to charge my card and refused to give me a refund for waxes that I never received. In very poor taste if you ask me, would never go back.

First time being waxed ever and this place did not disappoint! Very sweet and accommodating calmed any fears that I had and explained everything as it was done! Karen was amazing and I would recommend her 100%! Experience was great and I will be back already booked my next appointment.

Scar was my wax specialist and she made me feel very comfortable and distracted while doing my wax. I also go a discount for being a Texas Resident!

Brittany is the absolute best! She makes you feel so comfortable during the waxing. Also, I love the type of wax they use, it's so gentle and non irritating! I will be back soon to sew Brittany!

I would like to start off by saying this place is laughable. I’m literally stuck in traffic stating I will be 5 min late and stated they will cancel and charge my card for 5 dollars, because you have to be there on time. I would also want to point out the fact that some of the people has attitudes. 60 seconds from the grace period will cancel my card when stated someone had an accident and that what made me late. I do not recommend; the manager do not have the slightest time to speak to their customer.

Britny Aguilar is the perfect example of superior customer service. She was friendly and outgoing, she was finished with my service before I even knew it. She made the whole experience very comfortable and represented the company very well. Thank you!

Want to start by saying I love all technicians that work here. Front desk, however, can use improvement in their customer service, but I really don’t get the impression that they would care to do so. I don’t recommend getting a membership, it is almost to good to be true it seems and that is what it is. They advertise it as if you can cancel or freeze at anytime, but that just is not the case. It is on their terms, but they won’t let you know that. If you change your card and FORGET to update it with them, you will be expected to pay all missed months upfront and NO you can’t freeze until you do so. You will just keep owing and owing on services that will take a long time to use since you can only come so often? That policy should be changed. Not considerate of the customer at all. There are PLENTY of other waxing studios in the area.

I love most waxers! Some of them are very pushy with sales…. But I understand!
Took a star off because I believe that clients should be contacted if their requested technician is not available. Please stop changing out appointment times without a phone call saying why & please let us know we will be with a different waxer. I don’t like surprises and I requested that technician for a reason. This has happened multiple times

Customer service is lacking over past year. Been a client for 3 years and recently had to switch services.

The ladies here are so nice and welcoming that it makes the whole experience less painful— at least emotionally I’ve been coming here since November and not looking to switch any time soon. I always expect to walk in and be greeted with a smile and really good energy. It’s a helpful enviro to relax for newbies to waxing!

This place is a little unprofessional.i love karen though! She’s the one who does my waxes & i NEVER have a problem w her.but today.i had an appointment (august 7th) at 1: 30p, when i arrived, there was a note on the door that said they are closed today.uh? So i called (i guess the downtown ft worth location & arlington shares the same number?) i got in touch w someone at the company & i told them what was going on.i drove about 20mins to come get my wax & the place is closed, no call or anything.the person on the phone told me that it was put in the notes that they left me a voicemail on the august 3rd stating that they would be closed.i received no call or anything.if i did receive a call i wouldn’t have went, if i did receive a call i wouldn’t be as mad as i am now, if i did receive a call i wouldn’t be writing this review.i just found that really unprofessional & the fact that they did not tell the truth & tried to say that they called and left a voicemail really upsets me.i wasted time & gas going there when they never gave me a heads up about them being closed. & i’m on a membership so the money already came out of my account for a wax that i didn’t get because they were closed. & i only like to let karen wax me, but sadly she isn’t available until a week later.again, i do love the lady who waxes me.but shame on that location, fr.makes me not want to deal w them anymore.

10/10 recommend this place I love the service I really appreciate the front desk girls for the amazing costumer service and how they take the time to explain the packages and helped me save a couple of bucks!

I’m visiting from Illinois and I decided to get waxed. My appointment was with Jacqueline Garcia. She made my first Brazilian fast, comfortable, and easy! I really did like this place had been going for sometime post pandemic, I had an amazing waxer who did a great job everytime I went in. My last visit I wanna say two months ago the woman who runs the establishment told me the ac was broken and that they wouldn't be able to see me, I was told to call back next tues. I have attempted to call several times since with no answer, it's a bit hurtful I really dont know what's going on seems odd and personal.
