Billy goats have better manners than their employees. I had my truck and trailer completely clear of the scales and they try to make me move it twice in pouring down rain, while I was trying to get paid for my scrap.

I've been using the Santa fe location for about 2 years and should've given a review before now. I have a junk removal business and bring scrap metal in all the time. I'm on a first name basis with ALL the staff. Very friendly each and every time! The whole team Definitely deserves 5 stars!

Jessica! She is quick friendly and by far the nicest woman I have ever dealt with here at this location. Will be returning just for her service. Way to go Jessica.

There is a marked improvement in efficiency, customer care and service delivery since the young lady started working for you some months ago - sorry I don't recall her name. I used your salvage and recycling business a month or so ago during a stressful time for our family. The young lady was a breathe of fresh air, compassionate, patient and provided guidance disposing of salvage in preparation for the sale of his property. As a result, family members have and will continue to recommend your business fo others. My wife just told me her name is Jess. Thanks again.

It says on the gate they're open till 12 on Saturday but the gate is closed and nothing says as to why. It was 10 when I showed up, its frustrating to have a business in town that doesn't let their customers know when they decide to close.

Came here with a trailer full of metal,
Also had some aluminum. After dropping it all off only got $14 for it.

What the heck? Says you open at 8: 00 am but it’s 9: 00 now and the gates are locked with nobody here!
