DermSurgery Associates - Adrienne S. Glaich, MD reviews
6Absolutely horrible! Waste of time. I don’t feel like my concerns were really addressed and I felt very rushed!
I have medium toned skin and had informed Dr Glaich that I scar easily. I know she meant well, and though the appt was made so she can lazer a few acne scars I had- she decided to lazer all the freckles on my face. I'm assuming it was too high of a frequency- as at my follow up appt and seeing the scarring I was having from it- she gave me a new regiment of topical creams to use and said in future she'd probably have to go much slower when using the lazer on me. It's been almost 4 months now- I have obvious scars from the lazer that requires me to wear concealer to cover them. I have spoken to another Dr since- who said Dr Glaich didn't seem to take my pigment nor my tendency to scar into consideration when using the lazer on me. So though I hate leaving reviews for anyone/establishment- think people should be careful if contemplating this service with this Dr and when using this practice.
I love Dr. Adrienne S. Glaich. I have been a patient of hers for years. Very nice and attentive & addressed all concerns
I have a sudden melanoma-looking growth on my back, the unqualified receptionist tells me it sounds like it’s fine, can’t see me for months. I call back to ask to send a picture, they said I’d get a call-back for the email address, didn’t happen. I bought a pack of expensive hydro-facials, every time I try to book, “machine is broken. ” Going elsewhere.
Dr Glaich is a professional and friendly dermatologist. She has helped me through several skin cancer diagnoses. I have been her patient for many years. I recommend her highly and have received great care from her assistants.
Such an unprofessional practice. I came here 2 years ago for my consultation. I did made an appointment through Zocdoc by using my student health Insurance. The day before the appointment, i was confirmed by the staff that my copay is $15. Even after the exam, i made a payment and inquire one more time whether my payment is $15 as i usually came to my regular dermatologist. And the front desk confirmed again that was correct. I was not responsible for any further charge. But now they put me on a collection of $65 from no where. How could they do that without contacting a patient to verify that information. That significantly impacted me. What disappointed practice! I would not recommend any go here anymore.
