Received not so pleasant customer service today. Just went to buy products and the front desk staff was not happy to be there unfortunately. I have always had great service there especially when Dr. Pollinger was there. I hope it gets better.

Dr. Riahi is the best dermatologist EVER. I have a aggressive and treatment-resistant alopecia areata and it took so many attempts with different medications to treat it, but Dr. Riahi managed to — in just a couple of attempts — treat my hair loss by taking time outside of our appointments to research my condition and new discoveries in the field of dermatology. Dr. Riahi is, undoubtedly, the best physician I’ve ever had.

Bonus: the staff and nurses are super nice, helpful, and answered so many of my questions about the treatment even outside of our appointments.
