Desert Fox Cyclery, El Paso TX

I was recommended to Desert Fox, by a good friend whom has been riding his whole life. Esteban took care of my bike, got some new parts installed as well as a tune up, my bike feels better than when I first bought it, and haven’t had this level of work done at any other bike shop here in El Paso. The level of expertise and customer service at Desert Fox and Esteban is unmatched. I would highly recommend anybody whom needs bike work done, or looking to purchase a new bike to make Desert Fox your first, second, and third choice of business. Thank you again Desert Fox, Esteban, and staff for the amazing results and customer service! Can’t wait to hit the road!

Worst customer service ever; my bike sat there pending a tune up for 1.5 weeks. Apparently no mechanic available. Customer service etiquette is to call the client and let them know about the delay. I had to call to check the status on my bike to find out that it was still sitting there after a week and a half. How unfortunate that supporting local lacks customer care. They just lost a customer and I will share this experience with anyone that rides a bike!

Needed a new axel nut for my daughter's bike and they were super helpful.

My bike was stored for a couple of years and wasn't looking great. I took it in and it came back looking like new. These guys are awesome!

Passing through El
Paso and taking advantage of some cycling. Needed some last minute urgent repairs.
Stopped by Desert Fox Cyclery. Esteban and Victor helped me in getting my bike back up and running! It was a tune of the gears and replacing an old worn out chain. Took advantage of some Garmin sensors that the bike was missing.
