My buddy Jarrett told me about this place & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone they sold him a bike with a worn out clutch then blamed him for it.

Matthew helped us purchase the bike. My goodness what an amazing helpful person this is. He was always available to talk and ask questions and would text me most of the time, cause thats what I prefer. Best place to buy from and Matthew needs a raise! Best customer service I've had! Best online purchase I've ever made.

Matthew and Cam made the purchase of my Kawasaki Versys easy and stress free. Both were experienced, knew what they were doing and made my purchase a fun experience.

Paid $750 for 4 loose screws and oil stain on the driveway. Also charged for light adjustment that wasn’t done.

All the employees here are fantastic, especially Kat, Hannah, and Leslie. I purchased a Kawasaki KLR 650. I am extremely satisfied with the service here. I will definitely do business with Destination Cycle again.

Went in to look at a used Yamaha R3. I spoke with the salesman who was pretty young. Talked about the bikes that I owned and he's never heard of any of them. I'm old and so are my bikes. Was kind of a humorous conversation. I walked in with a drive out price in mind. They made an offer I countered with my price and they took it. Very quick and painless. While I was waiting for them to prepare the bike I had a nice conversation with the finance guy about his military service. Very quickly the service department had my bike ready to go.

All in all one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've made.

This place USE TO BE ok! Now it is run by negligent condescending, know it alls, and all customer service has gone out the window, and so has the regard for customers safety and life!
after taking my bike in for a simple rear tire change, after waiting 3 weeks for a tire order because the parts guy never ordered it, so they cost me a day off work there already, because I was never told the tire never arrived, and had to wait 3 weeks to ride more, THEN when they changed my back tire, the rear caliper was NOT TIGHTENED ON AT ALL, (yes you heard right, MY BRAKS WERE NEVER EVEN BOLTED BACK ON! JUST PUT IN PLACE) so after a 300mi ride i heard a bad noise and check it out to find I had just rode the texas hill country with 2 sideways pads and a caliper not bolted on, and my rear bracket not assembled correctly, which damaged it and the washer due to the negligence and lack of inspecting, by a man why swears on his life, "He checked it" also did not tighten on one side of my exhaust and left 3 other bolts loose and when brought up, all I got was an IM SORRY, I sent all the pictures and everything, and they said bring it in and they will replace the brake pads, I told them NO, they need to replaced all the compromised components, and I had to TELL THEM they needed to compensate me for the time and stress and the wasted days and destroyed components, they DID NOT OFFER COMPENSATION, OR TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND, I HAD TO ALL BUT BLACKMAIL THEM JUST TO GET IT FIXED, AND ME COMPENSATED, THEN, when it came time to get it fixed, on the scheduled day, I am told they did not think, they were replacing the pads since I had already replaced the destroyed ones! And so after scheduling a day off, they had to reschedule again due to their negligence, and so when the parts finally made it in, and I got the bike picked up, they strapped the motorcycle down on the trailer in a fashion that put enough force on 2 body panels and it poped the clips out right there, and they left it strapped like that! I HAD TO SAY TO HIS FACE, do not strap it like that there is allot of tention on the fairings, so right in fron t of me, HE DID IT AGAIN, and told me it would be ok, soI HAD TO ASK HIM TO DO IT RIGHT! And after a day of working on my bike, and me clarifying to the manager to not let it get strapped down wrong, IT CAME BACK STRAPED WRONG ANYWAYS WITH MANY BODY CLIPS MISSING AND MORE FAIRING BOLTS AGAIN!
I worked here as a technician a few years back and it was run much better and professionally, and now apparently the owner does not care about his customer, or business anymore, and has no morals! Because I have contacted him numerous times when I found out, he never knew about the situation and he has ignored me completely, all I can get is excuses and lies from the service writer and manager,
BOB, YOU REAP WHAT YOU SEW!
DO NOTGO HERE, THEY BARELY FIX BIKES THEN SELL THEM, AND THEY WILL ENDANGER YOUR ENTIRE LIFE YOU HAVE BUILT WITHOUT REMORSE< JUST WORDS< AND LIES!
AND NOW THEY JUST IGNORE ME, well folks, STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE! THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS, AND THERE IS HARDLEY ANY REPAIR KNOWLEDGE BETWEEN THEM, JUST LIES AND EXCUSES!

Bought a preowned Honda CTX700n from them back in April. I asked what the best bike for a beginner would be and ended up with a smooth, awesome bike that inspired confidence and kept me safe, and as i gained experience I have yet to become bored with it. Great experience all around. Financing was quick and easy, even woth a less than stellar credit score. Thanks yall!

Wow! Great people at Destination Cycle! You will find that good ole hospitality and great customer service with a large variety of motorcycle, side by sides and all kinds of accessories. I just won a Can-Am Camo jacket and it is really nice. I will do business with them again in the future and you should too. Talk to Michael Campbell, he and his staff will hook you up with whatever you are looking for.

Went there to look at a specific bike but it was not in stock. Salesman Dan was still very friendly and informative and took the time to show me some other bikes and answer all my questions. He and the Finance Manager made a good impression, were friendly, and very professional. I will definitely come back to check out their products.

Recently purchased my third motorcycle from Destination Cycle. Despite having some new folks the transaction went flawlessly, which goes to show you the dealership always has the customers best interest in mind. It is worth the nearly 140 mile drive to do business with this shop.
