Detoxity MediSpa, The Woodlands TX

Not professional, very scammy. I called looking for more information on their colonics, described my current medical conditions, asked if it could help, the tech said yes. They were going to set me up with a same day apt, but needed me to talk to one of their nurses to pay $54 for a RX for the colonic, that I could not take with me, but could only use for 6 months at their facility. They made me pay for the $54 RX and a $50 deposit, total of $104 before even walking in the door. I logged onto the zoom link with the nurse, who didn't even show her face, so a phone call would have been sufficient, to learn that I was not eligible for the apt due to my health history. The same history I told the tech about. I asked for a refund for the full $104, the nurse agreed. I called the front desk back, explained the situation, she agreed to process the refund as well. Then I get a call back from the tech who tries to bully me into a $50 refund and that I had to pay for the zoom apt that lasted all of 30 seconds and no RX was even written because I wasn't "eligible". After much back and forth the full refund was given back to me. So much hassel for an apt that never even happened. I wouldn't waste your time at this place. Find a better place that is more trustworthy and not just looking to cash in on you.

Extremely lovely and therapeutic environment. I highly recommend for any service. I got the lymphatic massage and it's been very soothing/beneficial.

I just recently had surgery and I went the for the lymphatic massage to get rid of excess swelling. My first visit was a great success. I'm moving around so much better now. I will be coming back!

I recently celebrated my 35th birthday at Detoxity Spa. They were sooo accommodating! Came up with a wonderful package for me to enjoy. My guest i and had a great time! I’m about to book another session right after I finished this review. Thank you ladies for Everything you all did for us, I truly appreciate it.

My first time floating was nice. I thought the tank would be darker but the top lights didn't turn off. It was a bit hard to relax due to this. The ventilation could have been better. And the shower's water is having hot water issues which I understand. It would be nice to have a real neck rest instead of a pool noodle.it wasn't the most comfortable for me. It was not the float experience I was expecting but I do feel less tight in my body. Thanks for the experience.

I never write reviews, but I have to brag on Meg and Everest. Seriously the sweetest. Meg makes you feel so comfortable and explained the colonic process thoroughly every time I went. She even got me in last minute when I needed it the most. Everest did a wonderful HIVAMAT lymphatic drainage on me. She’s so kind and well-educated. Both girls are absolutely wonderful. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Came in for hydroponic therapy the woman they had set me up was inexperienced. We tried install the tube until it was painful. I told her It's not working. Instead of being reasonable and allowing me to get a different service or even accepting half payment. They charged the entire service on my card then told me I can come back in to try the same procedure I never started for half price. Very unprofessional and unreasonable beware
