Not only was renting my unit initially an awesome Experience because of how easy they made it for me, and the deals that were in line to give me the best price was more than I had anticipated so my budget was very happy, but I also had some thing with my first payment in late, and everybody was so understanding and lenient with me as long as I kept in touch and kept him in the loop. When tried my card again they were able to process the payment and even email me a receipt. I was calling to let them know my card was good to go and they had already taken care of the entire thing! Definitely happy with my choice on where to store my things!

Bree at the Greenville location is awesome she went out of her way to help me out. I've done business here a couple times and so has my mom.

Bree was just as friendly as can be had the best personality. Great experience for the first time, when we found out the first storage was just not big enough she did not hesitate to offer one a little bigger that was perfect. Great all the way around.

I have always had a great experience with this facility. I store things from my classroom every summer. I have been renting for at least 6 years.

Boxes won at auction. In an "untouched" unit had been touched by someone. They took just the stock certificate number (you have to have) and the boxes were obviously accessed. 10 yes of dust doesn't disappear by itself and the box had a place for a glass piece, but it was empty. Oy empty box in whole unit. Hmm.

This was the easiest rental and moving experience I’ve had. I decided last minute I wanted to rent a truck, I was so surprised at how fast the process was on line. The availability was right on track with my plans which shocked me for last minute plans on a Friday. Kelly was working all weekend and her personality and professionalism was a major plus for the experience. Thanks everyone. I appreciate y’all.

Bree was phenomenal. I have never encountered a sweeter, more personable, or professional representative in any establishment. It was very clean, nice, and easy to navigate.

Kelli helped us through the entire process and is very kind and loves what she does! When we went to view the business it was very clean and has a great security system!

My family and I needed to go through 2 storage units after my mother passed. Bree made the project much better than we expected. She is knowledgeable, friendly and I particularly appreciate not having to drag information out of her like I’m wrestling with an alligator. Bree answered our questions and offered information and assistance without hesitation and often before we even had to ask. We do not live in the area so this was particularly appreciated. Even when we needed to communicate after we left, she has responded promptly and pleasantly. It’s always a pleasure to do business with people who are happy to do business with you. Devon Self Storage is safe, clean, and well maintained. Bree is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and went way above and beyond to help us out when we needed it most.
