DFW Fun Bus, Grand Prairie TX

We used DFW Fun Bus for JSB and it was awesome. On time, clean, fun, and reasonably priced.

Had a great experience with DFW fun bus! The best service and best driver, John. Will be using them many more times in the future!

“ An amazing time “ Is what all my friends were telling me. Kim, our driver, was very accommodating to make several stops that were not scheduled as planned. But most of all of all they allow me to make payments throughout several cards, which made The booking easy and affordable. The only reason why I did not give a five Star rating is because I want to have karaoke on the bus. However, the mic was not provided. Other than that I have no other complaints. I would highly recommend this service, and I would once again use DFW Party bus again.

We booked the karaoke bus and everything was great! We made it to all of our stops and the bus driver checked on us to make sure we stayed on track. Will definitely be booking again.

Booking was easy and fast. There was a mechanical issue last minute with the bus we reserved. We were notified ASAP and were give another very satisfactory option. For the event, driver was punctual. Driver was patient with us when are plans changed slightly and overall provided excellent service.

We booked the party bus for a way back to Fort Worth from a wedding. The company as a whole was accommodating and our driver was nothing but professional and a blast to

We had a very professional and courteous driver named Cedric. He picked us up and got us home safely in the agreed upon time per our contract. The bus was spacious and the temperature was just right. The sound system on the bus was amazing and the television in the back of bus was a nice feature as well.

What a time we had! I can’t say enough great things about DFW fun bus. Cedrick our driver was great with communication, arrival time and getting us back to our starting point with no issues. The bus had a great sound system and was immaculately clean. From the beginning when I booked the team meet my expectations and went above and beyond communicating and making sure everything was great for my sisterhood weekend. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

Great time with my sisters on our sisters weekend. Our driver Cedrick was friendly, professional, and does an amazing. He got us boarded, to our destination and back safely. He even went the extra mile to ensure that we was all there before leaving.

A year later, still waiting on the $800 refund you promised my elderly mother (in writing and verbally numerous times). The Bus broke down after my mother paid $800 up front for a full year of service (weekly visits to her grandkids daycare). No one ever contacted us to say the bus was not coming weekly. We found out through our child when we asked him if it was fun and he said he doesn't go. Took forever to get in contact with you all. When we did you were very pleasant, told us the engine blew and you would not be able to service the daycare, and promised a refund. Cue the run around for weeks, turned into months, and now here we are. Emails and phone calls are no longer being responded too. Give my mother her refund.

Last weekend tha way to church the ride was incredible rough like if you where inside of a box truck windows rattling bad Bluetooth speaker like the one I have in my restroom I mean I can improvise way better than that take some air out the tires or something

I would not give them even one star, but you can't put nothing, it was terrible! They stole an 1 hour and half from us due to mechanical issues! Ty was rude stating we paid for an hourly rate I told her my schedule included extra time. All the mechanical issues are not our fault y'all need to do better maintenance for the buses! There was 2 different drivers and 2 different buses. There needs to be better A/C as well! Y'all tried to ruin my Wedding day, but Vengeance is God's! One of the Black party buses was rough my Husband and Groom party stated how rough the ride was. I would NEVERRRRR recommend y'all! I want the manager to call me and provide me a full refund!

I had contacted a couple party bus people before, and the professionalism was not up to my standards. I was pleased with Fun Bus from the first phone call. Their communication was excellent, and they provided pictures while on the phone with me. Our driver was Dana, and she was the most accommodating! She called and introduced herself to me, explained that she would be a few minutes late due to being stuck in traffic, and assured me I would get all of the time i paid for. She was very pleasant and seemed like another one of the girls on my ladies night. The AC on the bus was not the greatest but it got cooler as the night went on. I understand that things happen and the staff communicated everything thing with me, which was very much appreciated. My event was a success, and I will definitely use Fun Bus again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Bus was so bad we got off and chose to risk drinking and driving. Horrible customer service as well
