They take enough time to listen to everything you have concerns with. They help with pain and made me feel much better. I was in and out in less than an hour. Very little wait time.

The staff is amazing and I look forward to working with Dr. Patel! Very detailed and informative!

I've tried to give them a benefit of a doubt but like the other doctors I've seen, they seem to want to pass the buck.

I recently moved from Rhode Island to Texas and I had to get a new rhumey. Today was my 1st visit and Dr. Patel and his staff are awesome! I had a great experience!

From the moment you walk into the office everyone is kind and efficient. If you have been there before they remember who you are and start the process for your appointment. The staff and I do mean everyone knows their job and does it well. Dr. Patel is kind, he listens to everything you say and gives you his full attention. Does a very thorough job on his exam. Is very knowledgeable about the latest treatments and the side effects of each. Explaining what is needed for your treatment. I would and do recommend Dr Sunny Patel to anyone needing a rheumatologist. Two thumbs up!

If you are looking for a Rheumatologist, the physicians and staff at DFW Rheumatology in Red Oak are very professional, kind and friendly. They made me feel right at home. I give them the highest of recommendations.

I guess I fell through the cracks. I was a new patient and had only met the doctor once during the first visit and then only an assistant thereafter. I felt like the follow up appointment should have been very important as we were reviewing blood work and MRIs. A week before my second appointment, I was in so much pain that I was considering the emergency room. I called DFW Rheymatology and left a voicemail clearly crying and in extreme pain. NOT. ONE. CALL. Not that day or any day following. After my second appointment (PA was nice and informative, but no doctor seen during visit) he offered a muscle relaxer to help with the pain. It did not help with the pain at all and made me really sleepy even into the next day. I called an left 2 messages that week stating the problem and the non-drowsy option that I would like to run by the doc. NOT. ONE. CALL. By the end of the week I was still in immense pain, called the receptionist who wanted to forward me to the voicemail again and I clearly stated how it was pointless because no one returns them. She offered to write it out and personally give it to them. To this day NOT. ONE. CALL. The lady that draws blood is their best asset though.

Dr Sunny Patel is an outstanding doctor. I recently changed over to him and he’s been extremely helpful and took his time to get a full overview of my condition.

His staff is also excellent.

Dr. Patel is a really great Dr. & I suspect just a great person in general. His bedside manner is impeccable as he really listens and asks for input in your care plan. He seems extremely intelligent, informed & interested. His staff is always pleasant and quick to respond.

I originally started at Dr. Patel’s office for my own treatment. Upon hearing my husband’s medical needs, the office has worked to not only help my husband as well but also beginning to implement communication between his various doctor’s to meet all of his medical needs as efficiently and quickly as possible. Definitely recommend this office!

I attempted to see Dr. Patel but he refused without a referral. It is ridiculous that I should have to schedule another appointment with my PCP for a referral when I've had arthritis for 20 years. None of us are smart enough to know that apparently. I will never call back or refer.

This was my first time to see Dr Patel. He was very nice very knowledgeable and understanding to my issues. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He put together a treatment plan that I will start on Saturday hoping it will ease my issues. He is wonderful and very understanding when it comes to a patient that has no insurance he even looked up where the cheapest place to go for my new prescription. All the ladies up front very nice and accommodating as well as all the nurses too.

I would highly recommend Dr. Patel! My mother’s visit, couldn’t have gone any better! Do you wanna know why? Because Dr. Patel, actually listens to you, takes his time, and he one of the best doctors, we have gone to, in years! The whole visit, was great! From the staff, Hailey, Esther, Amber & the young lady who did mom’s blood draw, were kind, considerate, and caring. We look forward to seeing Dr Patel again, because he’s simply the Best, and he has an awesome staff! Thank you Dr Patel for being a diamond in the rough.

Office staff was extremely nice and attentive. Nurses, lab, and Dr were the same and took a great medical history, listened to me, and gave me a treatment plan to follow. I am very appreciative. I recommend for sure.

As a young person who has had intense pain I was hoping for some relief. The nurses are great and the PA made me feel listened to and like I had options. However the Doctor himself seemed dismissive and did not seem to listen to any of my questions or concerns.

I was very impressed with every aspect of my appointment with Dr Patel. The staff were all so nice & helpful. Dr Patel was the best! He was very informative & knowledgeable. He explained things well & made me feel like he was genuinely concerned. I thought it was great that he took the time to physically check my hands, as well as my elbows, knees & feet. He was very thorough & I will highly recommend him to anyone needing to find a top notch rheumatologist. Dr Patel is the man!

The office staff was very professional and patient with my many questions. Dr. Patel was caring, patient, courteous and I was most impressed with the fact that he thoroughly explained my treatment plan. Shyrah the phlebotomist was amazing. She was able to draw blood from a vein on the 1st stick that other phlebotomists can't access. Overall great 1st time experience with Dr Patel and his staff. Keep up the good work.
