Arrived 2 hours early. Staging area on right as you enter. Slide tandems, wear hi vis vest, walk up to shack, dock assigned. Took us right away and loaded with paperwork in less than 2 hours. Only bad thing was it was 15: 30 so we had to wait at gate until shift change came on at 16: 00. We still left before our appt time.

This place is on point. Pull to the right before you enter, open your trailer door (s) and the gentleman checking you in will be done within 3-5 minutes. The longest part of checking in was sliding my tandems back. Would highly recommend.

You can only check in 30 minutes or less to your appointment time. Anything earlier, they will turn you around. It's a hard appointment. When you enter the driveway, steer to the right and choose a lane. Access control will come out and greet you and inspect the cleanses of your trailer, slide your tandems to the rear, and have appointment number ready. Do not drive up to the guard shack because they will turn you away. Once everything has been verified, the guard will assign you a dock door and a sheet of paper. Back up to the dock door and you do not have to report to the office until the trailer is loaded. Once the dock light turns from red to green, the trailer is loaded and take the sheet of paper that the guard gave you to the office located by door 133. Your seal will be located inside the loaded trailer on the right side. Average 2-3 hours to load. This is only for picking up. I have never delivered here before.

Fast to load after the guard shack figured out that they entered the wrong numbers in the computer. Still just took an hour past appointment time to get loaded and out the gate. Call before you go if you plan to try and get loaded early. If they are busy then they will make you leave. No parking on site.

They were very nice! Excellent place to deliver.you just can't check in until about an hr before your appt time.and you can't sleep here. Had a great experience!

Guards were professional but definitely not friendly, as I've seen in other posts. Arrived 5 hours early and was told to come back the next day at 1100. I arrived 1 hour early and was told to come back the next day. Receiving keeps mistaking arrive by time with appointment time. Only the driver suffers.

Immediately park on your right coming in. Before you get in the gate you'll need.

What a pleasant place to deliver to. The guard was super nice explained everything and easy to back in lots of room to maneuver just be careful going around back or your trailer tandems will hit large curb stay wide right

I came here an hour earlier than my appointment time. Security People Guys and the girls were super friendly and professional.
From the time I checked in To get unloaded Until the time I left the property 45 minutes past.
Very fast and highly recommended. No overnight parking but there is a truck stop 1.5 miles down the road With food and showers.

Took me in 2.1/2 hours before my app, and gave me a door ….
wait to get loaded then go to office AFTER to get paperwork…. Yes Restrooms / candy machine …. Big facility ….
NO PARKING OUTSIDE ALLOWED DOUGH overnight or 2 hangout
