DHR Health Hospice, Edinburg TX

This place is a furnace.literally walked in with my shirt ironed. I sweated so much in the lobby because their ac apparently does not work. I spoke with their charge nurse since no one else like a office manager on site was present. All they could say was that they are sorry, their ac has been checked and that they have come to check it and so on. I told them that was not acceptable. So if you have to wait in their lobby for a patient, ride, etc. You will sweat a storm.

This facility and staff are great. Unfortunately you are there for a sad event but the nurses and staff make their patients and patients families as comfortable as possible and really seem to care.
