I was able to go in and was treated very well. Both doctors as well as staff and dietician we're extremely nice and helped me with not only myself but my young daughter and husband. That was a lot of information given, but we were all happy to get on the same page. Thank u

I am very disappointed by the lack of organization, lack of ability to communicate effectively, and office admin ethics. The provider and nutrition coach were great, but the office staff have made it difficult to want to go back.

This review is in regards to front office staff. The doctors here are excellent. Keep in mind this is from my point of view with out any knowledge of what is going on at their end of the table.

When I arrived at Labcorp my lab orders were not in the system. Apparently there was a miscommunication on where to send my lab orders. They were sent to Quest instead of Labcorp (even though all my recent past orders have been LabCorp and upon checkout that’s what I told the worker.) But I understand mistakes happen.

The issue I have was when I called it took 40 minutes for them send the order electronically. Even after explaining to them that it was urgent and that I am waiting at the facility. 40 minutes I stayed on hold. Is it me or is this normal?

Caring doctors and staff. They are responsive to all my questions and treat me with dignity and respect. They’ve cared for my cancer for ten years now and I know I have the best care available.

Dr. Welch and her staff are an incredible team of experts that care about their patients. There are not enough good things to say. Dr. Welch takes time to answer questions, explains what is happening with your health and listens to your concerns. I can not recommend a doctor more highly than Dr. Welch. She is simply the best at what she does.

Our PCP referral was sent in March. I have called every other week since then and have yet to receive a call back. I also completed the portal info and no response. Extremely disappointed.

The office management at this facility is terrible at best. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and completed check in procedures including the iPad questions. Then 30 minutes after my appt was scheduled to begin I get a call asking if I knew I had an appointment. I was like yes I do I am here in the waiting room. I could not believe that. They were trying to blame me for missing an appointment when I was there 30 minutes early. Once I got to my doctor, which is new, he was dismissive of my questions, he told me I was "wrong" based on my "old school beliefs". I am wanting to learn, but he was rude, cut me off in the middle of conversation. So I finally just stopped asking questions and did not respond at all. Finding a diabetes doctor has been difficult, and I will have to stay with this doctor for now, but save yourself some heartache and look elsewhere if possible.

This place is fantastic. The people at the front desk are so helpful and nice. Whenever I need anything I’m able to go through the patient portal and speak directly to my doctor. All the staff are lovely. This office is GREAT would recommend. I read all the other reviews and have no idea what they’re talking about. This office is the best I’ve ever been to.

This office is great. New staff is friendly. The wait time is a bit long but that’s to be expected. I often see people complain about the phone situation however I find that if I use the patient portal Dr. Welch often gets back to me same day. It honestly makes me a bit upset the comments people have about the phone thing. It’s a Specialist office not a pcp office, or a call center. The lady’s at the front desk are constantly checking people out and in. They can’t be everywhere at once. So yeah of course your call wasn’t answered. The office doesn’t have people dedicated to answering the phone. They instead pay their employees to do other more important things. I don’t know entirely what goes on behind the curtain but it’s a lot more than I, a patient, will ever see. The doctors here don’t sugar coat things so I imagine that upsets some people when they are told the hard truth. She tells you what you need to do to be healthy, what more do you need. She actually works with me and my limitations. Dr Welch is the best Dr. I’ve ever seen.

Nothing here you can't get from a competent PCP. Dietary counselor was good. NP, not so much. The three minutes I got to spend with a physician was spent being lectured about how valuable HER time was, and how I was lucky to graced by any physician's attention. Still don't have the meds I need.

On 2/22/2022 I had a scheduled appointment with the dietician at 4 pm. The day before they notified me by leaving a message that the appt was rescheduled to 3pm. I work and 4 pm was convenient for me but apparently the RD had to leave by 4pm so I agreed to change the time. On appt day I signed in at 2: 45 pm, answered questions from the tech, and waited. At 3: 30, still waiting, I called the appt line and explained that it was now 3: 40 and I am still waiting for the RD. So I told the tech that I would no longer wait for my tele visit because that would leave me with less than 15 minutes to speak with her, and that is only if she met with me in the next few minutes. Additionally, I requested the the practice manager call me. I waited 2 days and no call back. I left 3 messages that week and I left 3 messages the following week for the practice manager to please return my call. So in 2 weeks nada, nothing, zip on this. This is unacceptable and unprofessional but it does seem to be the norm there for some. Terribly disappointing!

I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years and usually never have any issues. I know there is staff shortages due to covid but the front desk lady, Jordetta was extremely rude. She constantly interrupts and doesn’t let you speak and then is annoyed when you try to respond back to her. I thought maybe it was just with me but no every patient that came in she was rude with. I understand if you’re having a bad day or a customer is rude, but then the way she spoke to her colleagues was also unacceptable. She set the atmosphere to be unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The front desk was discussing a patients financial dues and laughing about their payment being high. It’s very unprofessional and disrespectful.

This is the 3rd time my appointment has been changed and I get no notification of the rescheduling, until I show up to my appointment they tell me that my appointment is in a different date and time. I can not be taking off of work at any time they choose for my appointments. 2 times i had to go back home which is not very close 30 min drive but fortunately this time they offered to give me an appointment for the day, 1 hr from when I arrived. So now I would have to be taking more unnecessary time off of work which it will be negatively impacting me.

Unbelievable. Truly I cannot believe how awful this place is. Sandra (the nurse practitioner) is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She was SO RUDE to my father in law. I am embarrassed for this place and I do not know how it stays in business. STAY AWAY!

Please make it easier to get a hold of office staff over the phone. Simply scheduling an appointment has become near impossible
