2First and primary point, Dr. Lender is absolutely WONDERFUL! This review is so low because of the awful front desk staff that I’ve encountered. The billing department does not update their records even when you get an EOB stating you overpaid and I’ve waited over 2 weeks for a simple call back before. When they finally did I got excuse after excuse with no apology.
I love the doctors and the nurse practitioner Polly but I called 10 days in row before finally calling after hours and leaving message for Dr on call. Got a call back finally. Then set up an appointment to have Polly call
Me with blood test results- a call that’ll last about 10 minutes and they charged me $100 then I informed them I was going to keep Polly on phone for 30 minutes and they said do I want to cancel. Plus I had a $10 credit for overpayment that she wants to argue about. The office staff and front desk folks are just rude, unorganized and don’t care about patients
