The technician found the drain clean out that had been buried and took care of the plumbing issue quickly. He was friendly and professional!

Had a shutoff valve bust and had to turn off the main. Called Dial One Johnson late afternoon and immediately was in contact with Teiyana in customer service. She had Mr James scheduled to come out first thing the following morning to replace the valve and get the water back on. Both Teiyana and James were very professional, courteous, and very attentive to resolving the issue quickly and with great quality. When your house is flooding and there’s that feeling of helplessness, it was very reassuring to have Dial One Johnson handle the problem and get things back to normal

Called them the day before Thanksgiving and they were able to send a technician out to take care of my emergency leak in my yard the same day! I was so scared to be without water on Thanksgiving Day! Jonathan was very professional and did an amazing job. I cannot thank him enough!

Tech arrived at the precise time I was told. He quickly accessed the issue. Repair was quick and easy. He even added a piece to the repair so I could check it happens again.
Dan made sure the system was properly before he left. Very courtious and redpectiful while in my home.

Had a leak in the wall fix the leak removed water heater to get to back wall where leak was detected put everything back brought my hot water heater up to code and it is very successfully a lot of work for one person, but Gabriel made it look all too easy, very polite courteous and professional

Juan did a great job showing me exactly where the problem was and how he was taking care of it. Our evaporator condensation pump had clogged up and began leaking. He pulled all the pieces apart, cleared them out, and gave me tips for future maintenance. He was courteous, professional and friendly.

James, the service technician, is always very polite, and puts covers over his shoes. He located the leak and another problem right away and gave me options and costs of repairs.
Then he let me choose which one I wanted, no pressure on his part.
