Bathroom need improve hole in the shower wall room 105 downstair and black stuff coming out of it

The Older Gentlemen in the morning and afternoon are cool classy and old fashion. They always show great respect and make you want to come back. The guys at night are awesome to. Ive been here a few days due to being homeless and i like being here.

Nice employees and rooms are decent with a reasonable price.just someplace to crash are if you on the road

Very very rude staff and unprofessional and refused to serve me. First he looked down on me and wasn't answering me. Then he said there's one bedroom. Then he took my ID and said "NO" and told me there's no rooms available.

I literally have to go behind them and clean the room because theirs mud stuck to the dam floor and it's sticky as hell too can't even enjoy a shower cuz wen you get out ur feet are black from the floor. It's nasty the wifi barely works.

NIGHT SHIFT -Great Person and very WELCOMING.really reasonable rates and NICE moderate rooms. I would REALLY recommend this room for the LOW.

Payed 60 dollars for the night.no big deal. 3 minutes later got to my room and tried to connect to the Wi-Fi.sorry sir we don't have Wi-Fi.ok so looks like we're watching a movie on the tv. Sorry sir we don't have a movie channel. WOW! Is all I can come up with.never crash here again that's for sure.

DISGUSTING! Roach motel with drug addicts and drug activity all around. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to stay the night here.

They don't have bugs they don't have roaches so for those saying they do they are lying. You get what you pay for that's at any motel/hotel in Houston Texas. Or anywhere else you travel too for that matter. The staff are nice they have never given me any hassle about any problem I've had can't name one I've had besides the room key didn't work but they fix that by switching me to a different room.

They would get -10 stars
That is a disgusting motel, I do not see how the City Of Houston allow them to stay in business with all the safety, criminal activity that's present.
As a inspector from another municipality, they will be shut down/ red tagged.
On the grounds of public safety
Can you say lawsuit waiting to happen

They have little bugs that they say are ants. Plus they half clean the rooms. There's always something left in the room like Brillo pads crack pipes toilet paper or paper towels balled up in some corner. They kept switching us rooms and wouldn't give us a refund or any of our money back. Pure crap! Keep your money

This place has a great staff that always makes me feel welcome every time. The staff is also very helpful with any problems.
