First time my old timer was groomed outside of our home by me. So I was a bit skeptical how she would do. To my very pleased outcome she was treated like a queen for the day and looks great and most importantly she is ready for Texas heat. Bring it she says lol

Wonderful staff, took great care of our pup, and kept us updated and were willing to answer the phone and talk to us any time! Pricing was up front and not unreasonable. I have no complaints and we are very grateful!

They seem nice until something goes wrong. I had my rabbit neutered here today, I live about an hour away and called multiple times to get a estimate and was told $50. I thought that was a great deal. When my fiance went to pick him up they charged her $114. Which was more than double what I was told. So I called them back and told them that I got overcharged. They were willing. To refund $65 back to my card. So I agreed to that, but they accidentally charged me for $65 more and then refunded $65 on 2 separate transactions which zero each other out and do nothing to help me. They said they voided the transaction that recharged me, which still puts the money on hold in my account. I told them that and was told with a whole lot of attitude that I just had to wait a couple of days then I would have it back. So now I have $130 in my account on hold that I cannot use. Which was my entire balance. Oh they also didn't give back the blanket I sent with my rabbit. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A VET EVER.

Going there for a few years now, great staff. I recommend them for all your veterinarian needs.

We took our dog because he was not acting himself come to find out he was worse than what we thought he was. Dr Dan explained that we would have to treat aggressively but slowly within 24 hours he was back to himself like nothing was wrong. His staff is very friendly we will be going back.

Yesterday I had to have my 12 year old dachshund Minna put down. I was heartbroken and devastated. I am so very thankful for their compassion, kindness and care. They treated Minna with such tenderness before and after. Words cannot express how much I appreciate them.

I have been using Diamond for about 5 years. I am always given courteous service and find this vet to be more on the holistic side.
She understands small dogs and is very loving and caring with my Chihuahua's. She never tries to upsale products or services that are not necessary.

They took care of our family pet "Shadow" & was very caring & our pet came out wagging her tail like she was trying to Express her feelings.
The staff was very helpful in explaining after surgery care & very professional.
