The have great catfish on weekends. Worth the drive. The staff is super friendly. They have awesome pie. The earlier you get there the better.

This place has hands down the best hamburger I’ve ever had! I went there a few times due to Service calls the hamburger was on point every time. I tell my wife one day I’m going to take her to every great dinner, restaurant and eatery I’ve been to in our great state of Texas.

This is a breath of fresh air on the long trip to west Texas. Food staff and overall place was delightful

I stopped at this local diner to grab myself something to eat before I got to work at a house down the road. I entered the small diner/gas station and got the vibe of a small town, was greeted at the door with a smile from a young lady.
When I went to order my food, the gentleman that took my order was kind, but firm as they were a little busy in their orders. I ordered the special of the day which was a chicken fried steak with green beans and country style mashed potato. I waited no more than ten minutes for my food. I received my food and went to my vehicle to eat. Every single bite was southern charm, and was absolutely delicious. Could not be prouder of the hard work from this little Diner

We have always enjoyed the Diamond R. Their chicken fried steak is delicious. The people are friendly. And the store is clean.

Get breakfast here. I know, it's a gas station, but their breakfast is amazing! And their coffee is great too. Bonus: you can also get gas.

Got the chicken fried steak, which comes with white gravy, 2 biscuits, 2 eggs, and hash browns. Ate about half of it and made the rest into a to-go breakfast sandwich!

I have had the pleasure of eating at Diamond R numerous times over the past year… I have to say it is without a doubt one of my favorite places to eat, the service is absolutely fantastic and the food is very delectable! I have and will continue to recommend this establishment to others!

Excellent down-home cooking. The burgers are the best. Try the red onion rings! So good! The waitresses are very fast and friendly. Greeted us with a smile! Highly recommend.

Was greeted my Miss. MK. Was very polite, courteous and not to pushy. Let me know the special amd gave me time to look over menu. Food came out promptly and still hot. Very good atmosphere and nice little homely place. Highly recommended.

Our second visit and we will be back again. The 4 piece fish was the special and it came with the best coleslaw I have ever had. With just the right amount of pepper and shredded carrots. Very creamy and I wanted to lick the bowl. The beans were cooked with bacon, the hush puppies seasoned well, home cut fries. And their Tatar and cocktail sauce was good and seemed home made. The fish fired just right in long strips, so you get crispy in every bite. Add on the cookie, yum! Can you tell I liked the place? Go if you are near.
