My experience at Diamonds Direct was amazing, start to finish. I went in on a week day to narrow down my options for an engagement ring and received help from Allan Abramowitz. Allan cut through the fluff and got right to asking questions and showing me options of what I wanted so we could find the perfect ring within my price range. We scheduled a follow up appointment with my boyfriend to make the final choice and we were very fortunate it was on a Saturday special event where they were offering 20% off the amazing Christopher Designs rings. Allan was very honest with us and never made us feel pressured to go in a different or more expensive direction. I feel 100% satisfied with the ring we ended up choosing and the guidance he gave us. The overall feel of the store was approachable, comfortable and classy. We will definitely be back to see Allan. Thank you!

I recently visited diamonds direct Dallas to get my wife some emerald earrings. I was hesitant even going in because I have had unpleasant experiences with other “big name” Jewelers. I am so glad I did! I had spoken with Kacy on the phone and she did everything she possibly could to get what I was looking for and within my price range. I am in the constitution industry and came in after work. Needles to said I wasn’t in my Sunday best. Kacy treated me with the utmost respect and greeted me like we had been friends for years. She had several emeralds overnighted for me to choose from. After making a selection she showed me all kinds of setting options until I was satisfied with my selection. I was also very impressed that she kept in contact with me and checked in every couple of days tell the earrings were ready. When I picked them up they were beautiful! While we were finishing the transaction one of the nice girls up front gift wrapped them for me. Which was done beautifully as well. All around I can’t say enough about Kacy and diamonds direct Dallas! I was blown away by the customer experience and quality of jewelry!

Worked with Greg Keaton on upgrading a ring with a trade in. Greg was extremely knowledgeable. He spent significant time with us on several visits so that he could find what we were looking for in our price range. Also purchased in December when he was covered up with customers and he made us feel like we were the only ones that mattered. Very impressed.

I highly recommend Diamonds Direct. I went shopping for an engagement ring with no knowledge of diamonds and the jeweler Chris was super helpful and informative. He worked very well with my budget and really took the the time to get to know me and my fiancé to find he perfect ring. Chris was awesome to work with and made the experience very fun and unique! Made us want to come back and buy our wedding bands there too and we did! He let us know of when there was a sale to save us some money ahead of time so I could set an appointment. I’d recommend Diamonds Direct to everyone!

Leslie was truly AMAZING from start to finish. I went in and told her what I was looking for and she showed me everything that matched I was looking for and eventually let me use a diamond out of another ring and put it in the setting of my choice! Tonight I proposed to my girlfriend and I am now an engaged man and she LOVES the ring. If you are in the market or even thinking about getting engaged go see Leslie! She will take great care of you.

Great experience during our selection of engagement rings. Not so great of an experience in actually getting our engagement rings. We were told 2wks for my ring to be in because I had to get the size brought down from a 7 to a 5 1/2. Then at 2wks told another 2wks. Then at 4wks told ANOTHER 4WKS to get our engagement rings. Apparently an error occurred when making my ring and so the vendor had to make it again. Over two months later from original purchase of rings and still haven't heard anything back. No apologies or management calling to apologize for the inconvenience. If you aren't in a hurry this place might suite you. I've been patient, but almost to the point of asking for our down payment back and going somewhere else.

I highly recommend Leslie! She helped me find the perfect for my fiancé. Not only did my fiance LOVE her ring, it was better than the ones she had originally picked out. Leslie guided me through the whole process and made it easy on me, someone who knows nothing about diamonds. Not only that when we came back around for my fiancés wedding band, she recommended we came back in a month so we could get it 20% off. I am in awe of how great her customer service was. I will send everyone to Leslie. She is an all time great. First ballot hall of fame.

Our Diamonds Direct experience has been nothing short of amazing. First of all, our jeweler, Chris Nieto, is the best! He carefully listens to what you’re looking for and comes up with the most perfect options to choose from. He helped my fiancé pick out my engagement ring and it is absolutely gorgeous. We went back recently to pick out our wedding bands and Chris did an exceptional job again making sure we had the perfect rings for what we had in mind and staying within our budget. He is also super fun and friendly, making the whole experience fantastic!

Diamonds direct is a welcoming store, offering refreshments when you come in. They are also very fast at resizing and deep cleaning your rings. This will be my jeweler of choice from now on!

Greg Keaton provided the best service imaginable. I researched and priced with online retailers, but Greg provided much more practical info and helped me find the best possible diamond for my budget without ever feeling pressured. I am very glad I didn't go the online route as I ended up with a much better ring. The fiancee loves it and has had tons of compliments!

Amazing customer service and product selection. Tamir and his staff go above and beyond to make every customer comfortable with their purchase no matter how big or small. Mai was an absolutely pleasure to deal with as well. She made the process very enjoyable by getting to know exactly what my wife's taste are and finding her the perfect ring that she was looking for. Their product knowledge and selection is second to none.
