Diana's Burgers reviews
17 Sooooo rich, woodcutters, well served.
Usually there are a lot of customers and even so they ship quickly
Delicious cheese burgers and fries. Can't go wrong with that combo. We will visit this place again and recommend to friends and family. Awesome place.
It's delicious, just like Chris Madrids, but no long wait. Inside needs a little sprucing up but good food and friendly staff. Limited parking
The food is delicious! The burgers are what you crave a burger to be. I love their bacon cheddar burger make sure you ask for it GRANDE if you have an appetite. And the owner is a sweetheart. She walks around and asks how everything was. Definitely recommend this place.
My only complaint on these scorching hot summer days is that their AC is almost non existent. The place gets stuffy and hot. They have fans but it doesn’t really help. You’ll acclimate eventually, just wish the temperature was a little bit cooler.
Our first time here after hearing so many good things about this place. I can totally understand why. The food was delicious We got the bacon cheddar burger and the American cheeseburger. The place itself is a very clean establishment. With local decor of the nearby schools. With plenty tables and booths. Fast service and friendly staff. Definitely coming back again
Loved! This is place has the best burgers ever! Everyone is soooooo sweet and progressional!
First time at this burger joint and did not disappoint. Enjoyed a fully loaded burger and fries with jalapeños. Hmmm.good.
Some of the best hamburgers in San Antonio! The staff takes such pride in their job, they will treat you like family!
I had the bacon cheeseburger, fries. Food was great, place was busy and hot, had to wait~ 50 minutes for my food, I would eat there again in the winter.
Honestly this is a good burger but I was disappointed it did not live up to the original Chris Madrid burger. In fact, it does not even beat the new Chris Madrids now owned by a different family. If this is your neighborhood then stop by. It is good just not quite as great as Chris Madrids. Staff is super friendly but when busy, they make mistakes and ordering process is not so great.
I picked up the Cheddar Burger w/fries and WOW! Burgers are made to order and fresh cut fries. This is a great place to eat in or take out.
The bacon cheddar burger was delicious, as were their fries. The atmosphere is a cute family place, hole in the wall, but the ac in the place wasn't working when we went so it was a little warm. We ordered to go and despite them being busy the food was served quickly.
The best chalupas I have ever had, not to mention the burgers! Diana and her staff are very kind. Awesome service and price!
Parking hardly available, maybe because evening time frame. Burgers took awhile, but pretty good or I was hungry.
I've been wanting to go here for a long while. Today was the day!
Great price/quality/quantity!
I got a cheddar, bacon, jalapeno burger & fries w/ drink. Under $16!
The coke machine had less carbonation than average which is a huge PLUS for me!
Fries were greasy and great! None of that diet potato junk!
The burger was excellent! Glistening bun! Cheddar oozing! Bacon was just right! Everything was soft and held together while I ate it edges first spiral to the middle!
The bathroom was nice too! A sink that has real hot water!
The staff also check up on everyone like they are family!
Really great tasting burgers. Kinda reminded me of Chris Madrid's burgers. Not exactly alike in taste and not the same amount of cheddar cheese but kinda close except that she uses shredded cheese.
They didn't tell me that my order would take longer than everyone else's because it's FROZEN and needed to be thawed then cooked! It took well over an hour from ordering it to finally getting my plate but by then everyone was ready to leave. They did offer me an appetizer so I asked for a half order of bean and cheese nachos. The atmosphere was very lovely and vibed really well with the crowd. Diana was super nice and very apologetic about the situation. Just wish they told me there would be a wait so I could have ordered something else. Also, it looked a little chaotic as to who was doing what and they kept confusing themselves as to who was running the register, who was filling the orders and who was giving out the food. The water bucket was empty by the time I made my order and they never refilled it so I didn't really get anything to drink. Maybe they were just off that day and were a bit overwhelmed with the crowd idk
