This is the worst BBQ I've ever eaten. It's in an airport, so my expectations weren't high. Not at all. It's also in Texas, which despite the rumors, is not the best BBQ. That said, what I expected and what got wasn't even in the same terminal.

I got the 2 meat meal which includes choice of meat and two sides. I chose Brisket (because Texas), pulled pork (can't mess this up, right?), Mac & Cheese and Potato Salad.

Starting with sides, the potato salad was Sisco or similar mass produced, comes in a huge huge carton potato salad. Nothing special about it at all. Similarly, the Mac & Cheese is like the stuff you get at hot lunch in college. An off brand Velveeta like cheese squeezed on some macaroni.

The meat. Dang, the meat. The Brisket was drier than my boots. When stuck a fork in it, it crumbled. The Brisket crumbled. No amount of sauce could rehydrate it, not even the 1/10 oz.container of sauce you get. The Pulled Pork wasn't as bad, but it wasn't good, that's for sure. Like the Brisket, it was really dry. The flavor wasn't terrible, but the dryness killed it.

I should have known better than to get BBQ at an airport. I learned my lesson.

These guys make the best airport bloody Mary I think I've ever had, and their pulled pork is nothin to complain about either. I make it a point to not eat at the same place when traveling but if you catch me in Texas at Terminal C I'll be making an exception.

Great brisket sandwich, decent size, decent price. Brisket neither too lean nor too fatty. Just right.

Worst customer service. Very rude. Doesnt respond to customers at all and passing sarcastic comments on customers (a male cashier with glasses in cream and black hat in terminal c). He need to get out of this work if he doesn’t like to answer customers and if he want to pass wrong comments on customers. I hope the management take care of this.

Do not recommend for breakfast. There’s no menu. The person behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to tell me what was on the menu. I should have walked away but instead persisted. One scrambled egg, 2 pieces of undercooked bacon, and brisket that I did not want, and a water. $17. Dunkin‘ Donuts would have been a much better choice.

I got the brisket plate. Brisket was quite good. The Texas toast was like eating a cold sponge, but with less flavor. Tasty loaded potato mash, decent macaroni.

Ordered the brisket baked potato. There was a handful of fat on top, not one piece of meat

I was a bit apprehensive due to the location in the corner by a bar, but out of necessity we gave it a shot - I'm glad we did! The food tasted fresh and was piping hot when we got it and the service was extremely good - we got a lot of help to decide what we wanted to get and didn't feel rushed at all even though the airport was having some technical difficulties with the internet service.

My wife got a breakfast burrito and I got the pulled pork sandwich plate with fries and mac and cheese. We would happily recommend either. The barbeque sauce is tomato-based and the spicy variant is basically the original but with pepper flakes for a little kick, very tasty! Would strongly recommend giving this place a try.

Terminal E. I have an injury and Kierra was extra helpful. I'm glad I waited until here for dinner

Brisket sandwich was excellent! Service was pleasant. Wide variety of sauces and the sides of Mac and cheese and potato salad were excellent!

This is for the Dickey’s in Terminal D. The female worker (manager?) pony tail and glasses. Anyway I asked her a question about the menu and she rolled her eyes at me and threw the food at me. It wasn’t crowded, I was the only one in line so don’t know why she was so upset I dared to ask a question. I was in a rush so paid and left. She needs to get out of the service industry if she can’t handle customers properly

17.25 for a small brisket sandwhich and burnt fries. Staff was rude and asking for a tip for counter service is even more rude. I wont be eating here again and I fly into DFW alot.

Flew through DFW recently and man this was good eating. I was really surprised by how good it was and I’m very critical of bbq places. I got the brisket/hot link plate with mac n cheese and baked beans. Everything was perfectly seasoned. Brisket was nice and moist and the mac n cheese was creamy. Would def visit if you’re looking for something savory to eat. Just make sure you have somewhere to nap afterwards

Avoid Dickies at Terminal D DFW airport. Tasteless, overheated, overcooked, dried out chicken and brisket. The sausage was good, but I have a feeling after eating it. The staff is really nice though. Not their fault the bbq was bad.

I can’t believe they sell this stuff to humans. Just buy a can a dog food for dinner. You’ll be much happier

I'm very torn. I ate at the Dickey's in Terminal E by WhataBurger. So i got the chicken, brisket, and pulled pork, mac and cheese and beans. Wow! I absolutely was impressed with the pork! Loved It! So i had to come back to fly out again and i wanted to stop there for breakfast. I ordered two burritos and i was sorely disappointed at how small they were for the price! I paid 5.50 for each and there was barely any eggs. The whole thing was so tiny. I wouldn't have minded if i hadn't paid so much! So i won't be going there for breakfast anymore since it seems like they are pinching on the serving sizes.

I’m not crazy about the food options at DFW, but I figured I would give Dickey’s in terminal C a shot. Got the Pit Dip sandwich with jalapeños, a side of coleslaw and jalapeño beans, a side of au jus and a Sprite. I was shocked how good everything was. Plenty of brisket on the sandwich. Tasted sooo good. I sipped on the piping hot au jus and was stunned at how good it was. Jalapeño beans were really spicy which I enjoyed but I can imagine people getting destroyed by them. Great spicy bbq sauce as well. It was hard to hear over the counter which made the ordering process a little shaky but good food heals all, and this was a great meal. Great job to the Dickey’s terminal C team!

Rebekah and Jose helped me and made my day. I'm so happy I chose to come in this location and had the opportunity to interact with them!
