Dickey's Barbecue Pit, Weatherford TX

Wondered why no one was in the weatherford location at 1pm. Found out real quick and I knew I should have bolted out of there. Dirty kitchen and tables along with flies. Over $22 for food pictured. Room temperature food all the way around. Don’t waste your money.

First time at the weatherford location. Very bad service. And for the price you pay for the bbq, food was not worth it. Very small portions. Fries were undercooked, brisket was terrible. Slow service, also seen what appeared to be a child in the back working? Pretty odd. Won't be back.

I did online order at 5: 23 PM. And it said it'd be ready at 5: 45 PM. When up there, waited in the car till 6. Because the app never showed, it was ready Went in and they said, oh, it's not ready. And then they said we're out of potatoes They had my phone number they didn't call So i'm supposed to get a refund

Is this a new franchise? Must be.
Did an online pick up order.
Looked like s 12 year old cutting the meat when I went to pick up food.
Sliced brisket was nothing but fat and portions were very small. Much smaller than ever before. Ocra was undercooked. Wife’s “Giant Baker with meat” was super small and had about a tablespoon size amount of brisket.
Daughter’s rib plate came with two ribs and barely any meat.

Food tasted ok except for the ocra and fatty brisket.

Had to buy sauce too. 50 cents each for some little prepackaged cups.

Very disappointed.will not return.

This place is trash all the way around and terribly expensive! 1st time I’ve eaten there in a few years…just a reminder to never go back!

Not the guys fault there opener didn't show up he was doing his best and I get it but 25 bucks for 3 ribs two small sides and drink ribs over done sides were cold I bakers is where I'll go for now on

"We gave your rolls and green beans to someone else and we wont redeliver. We'll refund for the rolls. "

Proceeds to not refund me. I'll update if I ever receive my refund.

EDIT: Never refunded me for the missing food as of 4/28/21. Absolute thieves.

The gentleman was very friendly, contacted us about a mix up in our order and made sure we were taken care of!

We just had dinner from the new menu. It was pretty good, but the service was beyond great. I think his name was James.things weren't going smooth (out of some items) but he improvised, stayed super positive and was very accommodating.

When I've come in recently I get served dry bbq from the day before. It's really upsetting. Because it was so good before they started doing that.

Just went to pick up a pulled pork sandwich and a small fries. The gentleman that was working was very pleasant and helpful. He made sure my fries were fresh and made my sandwich how I like it! I will definitely be back.

Nice manager and staff! So helpful and patient with my slow decision making! The food is sooooo yummy!

Always come here and order the same sandwich. Never disappointed. Servers are friendly and always helpful.

Looks like new owners atleast new employees took over. Very cheap took out bbq sauces and no ice cream machine working especially on a Sunday when kids eat free. Kids meals are now $8.25. Brisket was mostly fat. Out of unsweetened tea dr.pepper and coke. Very disappointed bin service. It's not the same as it used to be so I will not be returning. Also tried to over charge me on purchase. I had to have them rering up my order to find the mistakes.

Order was completely wrong. Missing food is not good when you drive 16 miles to get it. Called and they said they would replace it but I don't think I want to drive all the way back. Guess I'm out 60.00 bucks.

Me and my boyfriend went to go eat, and they gave him ribs with absolutely no meat on it, and they had to send it back. Then to top that off the sweet tea was so sour and my okra was so mushy. My meat was not warm at all, and I was very disappointed in the service in the experience. I will not be returning.
