Order the family pack, brisket was good, pork ribs dry nad the bake potato casseole was dry and sour, small side for a family pack that suppost feed 4 to six people,

Came to try this location since it's closer to me. I usually go to the Mesquite one. Website says kids can now eat free pick up, curbside or dine in. The cashier did not honor it after we showed him and told us we had to dine in after we paid. The sausage was burnt and dry and the baked potato casserole was really sour and discolored, I didn't eat anymore of it. Ice cream machine was off. Just didn't enjoy my experience at this Dickies location which is disappointing because we were really looking forward to it.

Worst chicken sandwich I ever had. To be more specific, it is Wednesday special. The meat is dry and no flavor at all. I can get much better chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A or Wendy's at half of the price.

It's Dickey's and they are fairly consistent. The sides are average and my wife wishes they would bring back their Dill Potato Salad.

Ordered food, missing all toppings to three loaded baked potatoes. I called the location and requested my items. Was told they had no one to deliver and he would refund my money. My total bill was $42. They only refunded $12. Wow. Such a big difference. We didn’t eat the dry a$$ potatoes. Will not order again. Poor customer service.

Food from this location is very good and even though I got my order to go, the associate assisting me was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Burgers! Disappointing! I have eaten here for years! The current staff has a real "I don't care" attitude!

Kids eat free. Family packs are available. They make okra and fries when you order them. Usually pretty quiet.

Low prices for amazing meat cooked to perfection. I love their brisket, so tender it almost melts in your mouth.

Great food! Friendly service! Prices fair for what you get. Nice atmosphere. 4 stars because food can always be better. Also, bankers hours. Need to get in touch with proper hours for the highly competitive Dallas market. You can't close early in this market. This isn't the small town midwest. Nobody will take you seriously. Dallas is the biggest dining market in the country outside NY City and we're inching up on them.

Great barbeque. The potato salad could use work. I had some bad chopped beef sandwiches in the past, but when I complained they were a lot better.

Go every Easter. Meet up with my in-laws. Long story short, my wife was battling cancer and was not up for making dinner one Easter so we went out instead. Dickeys was open. Two years in a row, it was out new tradition. Been six years since we lost her and my son and I still go and meet with her mother, sister and nephew. Good times, lots of memories ALL the love.

Food was hot. Brisket was lean, as requested. Good experience. This Dickey's is consistent with the quality of their food and their service. Drove past at least one other Dickey's to get to this one.

Every time I'm here I get the full potato salad and every single time it's not good. Dill potato salad is the best so they need to repair that recipe.

Not my cup of tea. This is for the person that like boiled and then bbq meat.no smoke at all in this meat. I guess that's why they offer bbq sauce with the meat. But good Q doesn't require sauce.

Went in, kinda dead, but it Valentine's Day, so was in before the rush. Food was good, place clean, I go there again

Bbq was great, sides could use some work. Most needed seasoned, cobbler was soggy pile crust. Staff was really nice. Must of had a water leak, cause jack hammer or something was going off the entire time we were there.

Dickeys is always great to pickup when I dont feel like cooking. The brisket is very good along with their sausage, the fried okra seems to be their best side. Dickeys did a great job smoking a Turkey for me for the Holidays, thank you Dickys!
