I had a complicated situation with a return and the team went above and beyond to help me make an exchange to get the right fit. Very thankful for amazing customer service!

False advertisement online just so you’ll spend your money all for them to say within an hour they don’t have the product you need. Proceed to cancel your order without any communication because THEIR store don’t have what they advertised online. Then take 3-5 business days to return your $85 while you don’t have the money nor the equipment your child needs. Lol how inconvenient and annoying. I wouldn’t suggest shopping with them online, it’s a waste of your time and money.

I went in to exchange an item. KB was super friendly & helpful. The cashier (young lady with long blonde hair) was as well but i did not get her name.

I wish I remembered their names but there was a lady with beautiful long braids and also maybe a manager from the Middle East I believe? They were so nice also the cashier! I had a lot of questions and they were HAPPY to help! Thank you for making it a pleasant experience! Love my new hoka’s!

Checkout cashier rang up some of my items twice, double charging me.glad I caught it before paying. Just keep an eye out shoppers!

Halley was fantastic, walked across the whole building with me. She was very helpful when I was looking for a winter item when every other store is phasing out winter clothing.

I went in on a Sunday Morning to shop around, employees looked stressed and scared of their manager. I work in customer service and i know when management is mistreating their employees and it was clear as day. He was yelling at his employees to do their duties while they were busy with other customers and other duties, and the employees were most definitely trying their best. When asked employee they said he was the store manager.
