I went to Dietz-McLean Optical in Stone Oak to purchase glasses for my son who has multiple disabilities. We had been to several shops and had been disappointed by the poor service and lack of knowledge at other optical centers. My experience at Dietz-McLean Optical was so much better! I called first and the information Robert gave me matched the information he gave me when I arrived in the store. (That wasn't the case at other Optical centers.) Robert knew exactly what size my son needed. Our only job was to pick the color and style. It took less than 15 minutes from the time we walked into the store and the final price matched the quote he had given me on the phone. When we ordered them, he knew when they'd be back and they arrived a day early. Picking them up was also easy. It took less than 10 minutes. Although they are not in network with our vision insurance, we paid less out of pocket than we would have at the other Optical centers that were in network.

I am so happy we found Dietz McLean Optical in Stone Oak!
