The staff, Dr. Kethu and Lindsey are great medical personnel. They have helped me for over 15 years! I couldn't ask for a better medical staff.
I was in and out like an assembly line! 10 minutes in the lobby, 20 minutes until anesthesia, and out to recovery in 30 minutes. Dr.fixed the problem in a Saturday morning.
The staff is very professional and helpful! My visit was prompt and courteous, with careful consideration given to questions.
Was the first time ever to see a GI they were very nice helpful and understanding it's a very nice clean place the people are very kind and I was in and out quickly thank you guys
Overall their bedside manner is great, but I really don’t feel like my issues were heard or addressed. Although I did see the PA and not the doctor. My stomach has been messed up for almost a month with little or no movement. I am still having little to no movement even after the the laxative they gave me. I wish they would have did a scan or something further, but I really don’t feel like there was any concern at all. That’s how I feel personally and I am still dealing with this two weeks after seeing them. Over a month total.
Dr Vee and her staff are amazing. I am so happy to have found them! They take the time to listen and explain procedures and results.
They are a bunch of clowns. I paid them upfront at the window before ever seeing a doctor. Their visits are $142, all for the PA Lindsey Kessel to just sit there and take notes. Then they billed for for the visit, attempting to hustle me out of more money. Make sure to request a copy of everything and review the insurance claims. Do not trust this company. They will go behind your back and bill your insurance for another $332, for a regular visit.
