The lady that answer diligent delivery systems phone was rude and hung up on me. I told her i been contacting one of the managers and I'm not getting a response, she said wait a lil more, I ask to speak to corporate, she said no mam and hung up? When I called back she made sure the phone said she was busy? Wow, she is handling all their buisness calls. Not good at all. This was today Tuesday the 25th of July 2023. Poor customer service skils

I feel like Diligent could do better about answering calls, customer inquiries, and sticking to timeliness. We were given last Thursday between 11am and 3pm for our delivery time, our order is not here yet and no one is answering the phones. YRC said the delivery is in their hands and while I have no doubt that it will show up, but just our we expect more professionally accurate service than what's been provided. Hopefully someone reads this to someone who knows someone at Diligent to help them know how much we depend on adherence to timeliness for business.

Google search "Larry Browne CEO Diligent Delivery Systems" and take a look at the legal actions against him due to his treatment of employees.

Then call some of Diligent's clients such as Young Chevrolet and or AER Manufacturing and ask them what makes Diligent's service so terrible.

After that, give any of the CSR reps a call in Houston or Dallas and gauge for yourself how unprofessional and "under educated" their staff is.

If you need to ship across a network, palletized or small parcel, save yourself the trouble and go to FedEx or UPS.

If you really want to see why the service is so poor, stop a Diligent Driver (usually in a blue polo) at any XL Parts location you may find one, and ask them how they feel about working for Diligent. If they are sober enough to respond.

I have been using Diligent for years. The pricing and service have yet to be matched. My rep Karen Van Wyckhouse is the best in the business

My company has used Diligent for a while now and they always take care of business in a timely fashion and are here to assist us whenever we need. Our rep, Karen Wyckhouse, is especially attentive in assisting and solving any problems that may arrise; a huge thanks to her and her team.

I have worked here as a contract driver for over 5 years and they have treated me very well. They are the highest paying contractor in the DFW area. Very nice ppl to work with and they are not afraid to pay for great drivers. If you of someone you know is looking for a great career opportunity as a contract driver check these guys out. Many contracts City wide so they are sure to find something near you.

If my overnight orders contain too many packages its almost a guarantee the "warehouse forgot one". Even smaller orders I am almost always short something. Customer service is of no help and mostly just there to reiterate the fact that I did not get my stuff or tell me my orders were delivered when they were not. Granted there isn't much that can be done after the fact. Currently on hold for 18mins this time. Will probably hang up since she'll most likely come back to tell me the missing items will be here "tomorrow". Would not recommend.
