Dillard's, Pearland TX

What happened to customer service Dillard employees? My husband and I were there today. He went to Men’s and I went to Women’s. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE said a simple “hello” or “is there anything I can help you find? ” I saw one small group of employees huddled together gossiping. I spoke to them and then they acknowledged I was there, but that was it. I left without even attempting to purchase anything. The energy of the place was off and lacking. My husband said no one spoke to him either and it was a salesperson right by him folding shirts. He spoke to her, but she said nothing back. Not good!

Great service. Always clean. A nice lady gave us a n excellent shopping experience in the home department. Got some awesome pillows.

I was on the hunt for shoes & I found myself in Dillards. They were having a sale & the sales lady was so on her job. She was very attentive to her customers & my wait time was very short between each shoe search. I only wish I had remembered her name. Awesome job Dillards (ladies shoe dept.)!

Dillard in Pearland is much better than the Galleria, walked around in Dillard Gallery people didn't wait on you. Pearland Dillard personal speak as you walk in door.

Shoe size not in stock, only display for "popular" shoe.
"We sell out of that shoe fast"
Then told "sale final, you can not return"

Managers kept following us around like if we we're trying too steal. Couldn't even school shop with my kids and my kids kept asking why did that man keep following us. I will never walk into a Dillard's again and my Dillard's credit card will be cut in half. Macy's has never done this to me before so I'll stick with Macy's.

I had a bad experience on yesterday but today Mrs. Lori contacted me. I went into the store and she personally took care of me. She went above and beyond providing Excellent Customer Service.

Hard to find staff and you do they're all standing around talking not really wanting to help anybody

You can depend on Dillard's for quality goods and a pleasant shopping experience in general. Their employees are always helpful and friendly. The only problem with the Pearland Town Center location is that it's a smaller store so the variety is lacking.

Very nice stuff, but where are the sales? This store has no sale on items or even clearance racks. Everything is high dollar and for the upper class people. Will not be shopping here and better to go to Macy's. How do you all stay in business? I would not be surprised if I see a add in the future that Dillards is going out of business because of this high-dollar stuff just like Toys R Us and Babies R Us. Everything in here is unaffordable.

Purchased a dress then on the way out went to smell the sample perfumes. Hispanic lady walked up like it was a problem spraying the sample. Ignorant woman

Sad, sad, sad. I went to look at ladies coats, they only had about 25 styles. Maybe this is a smaller Dillard's (didn't look like it from the outside) than the one in Arlington, TX.

The Dillard's Pearland associates are nice and willing to assist you with any questions in regards to making a purchase. Their store manager is always friendly and on the store floor helping when she can.

I went to be matched for foundation and get a sample, the young lady Carina Ramos at the Lancome desk was very helpful and knowledgeable she made sure I was happy with what she matched to my shade

Great selection of mens wear - as they do not have much traffic, I generally am able to find my size in just about everything.

Great selection, clean store, very expensive. But they must not want you to buy a lot because there are No carts and the fitting rooms have no air conditioning, so it gets hot fast!

Great selection. Good service. Tends to be clean and organized, well kept. Probably has to do with the fact that there's very little traffic compared to other Dillard's such as the First colony location.
I must say that it's smaller than others so they don't carry a few things other locations do. For example, they don't carry Kate Spade. Was bummed out because it's near where I live and had to go to the other nearest store which is at First Colony.

I tried to buy some Jeans here, but they had a security wire and lock on it. I asked the lady to unlock it so I can try then on. She said the manager had lost the key so she couldn't sell me the jeans. What? !

This place is a hidden Gem in Pearland. There's always someone available to help, and after enrolling in the rewards program it is really worthwhile to make the purchases. The store is clean, very well organized, and appealing. And for some reason there is usually very little traffic here.

Every time I go here they are out of what I wanted. This time it was foundation. Is it really that difficult to keep an inventory system?
