Dillard's, Houston TX

I shopped and needed to return an item. I tried looking for an exchange but this store is too big to find anything easily. I hate the return policy of having to go to each department and return things in their department. Stupid policy.

I enjoy shopping at this location. It has wide selection of products.
The employees are nice and helpful.
The fitting rooms are clean.
And the best quality towels I have are from Dillard's.

I can always find something beautiful to wear at Dillard's. The employees are willing to help with sizes and choices.

Went there today for a shirt. It was clean and serene. Smiling faces and all employees are dressed nice. Smells fresh and service is top notch. This is the go to one stop shop for most all of your needs at a reasonable price.

If your going to sell damaged handbags in your sale please mark them as such or educate the sales associates the reasons why items are marked down. I like a bargain but I'm not paying high dollar for previously used or damaged items!

Love this store and the prices are not too bad! Construction is under way right now that make one not want to go there

I love shopping at this location! The people are amazing! They are friendly and helpful! They go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. This store is larger than most Dillards so the selection is MUCH better! Great shopping experience!

Staff here is very helpful and kind! Came in looking for an outfit and as soon as I figured out what I was looking for young lady helped me quickly find what I needed! I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this Dillards! I would recommend this location to my friends!

Well I love Dillard's and I asked for a gift card for Dillard's every Christmas. I have been going to the store for many years.but I have to say that the people that wait on you now don't care or don't seem to care in almost every Department I go in. I don't know how many times this time and last year I was told it's over there or if it's not on the Shelf we don't have it.or you might do better if you go online.the only happy to help you sales staff were in the shoe department.

Love Dillard’s although this branch isn’t as good as the one at memorial. Mainly because the building seems older and less fancy, but also because the staff aren’t as helpful. But I must say parking here is never an issue.

Shoe department service was poor at best. Sales reps just walked over obvious trash on floor. None seemed happy to be there. The two stars is because my friend found her shoe, but it wasn't available in her size at the Galleria store. She asked about other stores, rep became even lest helpful. While he did something to check the other stores, he didn't offer to have them hold the shoe for her or anything. He just walked away. Oh well, she found the shoe and purchased it from the Memorial store.
