Dillard's, College Station TX

Attentive sales staff and great selection. I probably would have bought more had I known the stuff I was buying was in sale. Didn't know until checkout.

Did not feel comfortable in the store. Felt like I was being profiled and followed by sales associates. Ridiculous.
First and last visit.

I ordered a pair shoes a few weeks ago, and the girl who did my order was super sweet and efficient. That is as far as good as I can say for them.
Fast forward Sunday the 4th, I received a voicemail from Dillards saying my order was ready and to pick up. I called back and told an associate I couldn’t come in until Friday morning because I work 12 hour shifts. She said she would note that.
This morning (that friday) I go to pickup and it’s not there. I play the voicemail and the associate at customer service told me my order was cancelled since it had not been picked up. I proceed to tell her everything and she apologized and went to get her manager (Melissa) since she didn’t know what happened with my order. She told me they had come in on the 25th and after 10 days orders are cancelled. I reiterate that the voicemail (that she already listened to before) did not state anything about that nor did the associate who answered my return phone call that same day. She could only apologize but really couldn’t offer a tangible explanation. She then told me it would be 5-10 days before I was refunded, and if I wanted I could buy the shoes again and I stated I would be out double the money then until I get my maybe refund, and the whole reason I had to order was because they didn’t carry my size.if the 4th was supposedly the last day and they were cancelled it has already been 5 days past so we will see what the next 3 days bring. But yeah, don’t waste your time if you actually want your product or actual solutions to your problems lol.
I’d also like to note Melissa the manager didn’t once come out of the back to apologize or offer a solution. She let the associate deal with it by herself essentially.

Went to the Dillard's in College Station. Looking for a specific polo shirt. The sales clerk was extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for. I do wish that everyone in the workforce was as friendly and helpful as she was.

How wonderful to be back at the mall shopping and seeing everyone's faces! First visit to Dillards and we loved how kind and friendly everyone at the cosmetics/perfume counters were today. We'll see you again!

Not my first choice for anything, but wife had to get makeup. Store looks like it's on its way out!

The shoe department people are really nice and helpful. I always get nervous asking them to grab shoes for me but they're always sweet about it. They have a great selection of purses too if you're into that stuff. We got my mom a purse from here and she loves it

This is the men's and housewares store. They hace a great selection. I can always get the best presents there!

The shoes I purchased from Dillards were damaged; I hadn't noticed until I tried them on at home 2 days later. The shoe department manager refused to refund me (only offered an exchange or in-store credit and maybe because she didn't want to lose her commission), which would've been okay if they actually had the shoes I needed but they didn't. She was really rude and unprofessional when implying that I lied about not having worn them. If I'm not mistaken, this is the same lady that didn't greet or offer to help me when I first purchased them; she was gossiping at the register with an employee. I didn't want to buy them in the first place because of this, but I was desperate. I've worked in a shoe store before so I know how these situations should be dealt with; I'm really disappointed with how I was treated and now I'm stuck with a gift card to a store that doesn't have what I need.

Today I was in there with a friend and her child and I was profiled one of the ASM told one of the loss prevention workers to keep an eye on us and I didn't like that it made me feel very uncomfortable

I was blown away by helpful the staff was in helping me to find pants for my grandpa's funeral, which were well worth the somewhat high price tag. Two people helped me, one of which continued to look for pants that met my rather particular description while I was in the dressing room. I wish I remember his name, as he deserves the credit.

Employees and security guard watch you like you are trying to steal.even after you purchase. Terrible customer service on some of the employees.while they are watching the honest others are stealing from them.

I go for the Clinique counter. I am greeted throughout the store and I always see things on sale.

Love the store! Clean, & arranged perfectly. I only wished I could remember the most kind & helpful lady's name who was working in the men's Dept. She was tall, welcoming & knew her department. Great customer service

Found a beautiful dress but the employees seemed disconnected and lost, and the dressing room smelled like urine.

Disgusting store. I was in yesterday and there were dead crickets and pieces of trash everywhere. The fitting rooms are gross. I didn’t even want to take my shoes off because they smell like urine. And the ac was apparently broken because it was so hot. Came back today to do a return and the ac is STILL out! I don’t understand how they allow there employees to work in such a hot building. It’s absolutely unbearable and I feel so bad for them!

Went with my girlfriend. Nothing terrible happened, only bitter because my phone died 20 minutes into the hour I waited there.

2 ladies were incredibly lazy. Sitting down on the beds not helping at all. I had to walk past them twice before acknowledging me and then I had to confront them to ask for help. They just pointed and said to go to that direction.

They have all kinds of stuff for holidays, but mainly clothings. The prices are however, very high and does not look like holiday week market. There are so many customers in the store, but no one seems happy and buying. A brand item I got from another store this week is 40% more expensive here and I can imagine that all items are pretty pricey.
