Dillard's, El Paso TX

I buy a lot of my fragrances at Dillard’s (men) because of their wide selection, but the customer service makes me not want to buy there anymore.their perfume sellers very pushy and lack knowledge.
Today, my gf and I went to try the Parfums de Marly fragrances. I went with the idea of buying whichever one I liked the most. As I started trying them, an employee approached us and told us to let her know if we needed help. She then stood right next to me as I tried the different PDM fragrances. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable because I felt like she was just waiting for me to leave. She stood right next to me for the five to ten minutes that I was there, without talking, just looking at me trying the different fragrances. When she finally spoke, it was just to try to register me their credit card. I said no and she stayed there for another few minutes until I decided to leave because I was extremely uncomfortable. I later bought the fragrance somewhere else.

Today I went to look for a Tom Ford setting spray, Letty helped me and showed me this perfume, I fell in love with it and bought it, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, plus they had very good prices on the shoes too! Up to 65%off.

I buy all my shoes from Dillard’s and just moved here and this Dillard’s staff is extremely lazy and unprofessional. One of the older men walked around pretending he couldn’t see me to not help me while I was sitting there waiting for a shoe and there is a young tall guy there who came out from the back saw me looking around and went back into the back to avoid helping me. Very rude if you don’t like helping people then this is definitely not your place. Management needs to address this issue because now I am no longer wanting to visit again. Horrible customer service.

Dillard's was pretty empty this morning. Sales price in store range from 40% - 65% now. I got some really warm socks for cold and boot wear. These socks are comfortable too!

Located at Cielo Vista mall at El Paso, Dillard's has two main buildings one for ladies and the other for gentlemen. This mall is close to I10 international freeway. Weekends parking lot is packed.

I called ahead to make sure they had something in stock for my husband. It was a gift for him and I needed it that day. They said they had it in his size so I drove over. Well they didn’t! I had to drive all the way over to Sunland Park Mall to pick it up there. Staff should actually check inventory if you call ahead. This was disappointing to me.

They didn't have what we wanted at the Cielo Vista store, so the clerk called the Sunland store and found what we were looking for. Clerks at both stores were very helpful.
