The only associate that helped us out was pretty nice. You have to walk up to people to ask for help or to buy things. ‍️

Who is their buyer now? The clothes for women (size 6 up) were completely 1980s. Ugly frumpy stuff. I don't want to dress like a teenager but also this stuff my grandmother wouldn't even wear.

Went here with my daughter and had a great experience, she was returning some glasses and it went fast and easy. Very friendly sales woman, very knowledgeable.

Enjoyed my visit to Dillard's Monday.
They had a lot of pretty clothes in my size.can't wait to go back.

I was told they had good deals on "big and tall" mens clothes. To me, 85 dollars for a shirt (black Friday sale) is not a "deal".

Been in the community forever and have very good quality clothes, shoes, and products. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I needed to do a return. Four people standing at first cash register when I enter the store. “This isn’t from our department. You have to go to Menswear. ”

I waited 10 min for Adam to be free in Mens and he did the return in 30 seconds.

My only issue other than being pretty over priced, but it’s Dillards, so you kinda expect it is that most working people have to be at work by 8-9 AM, so most people don’t have the previlege of going to work at 11AM, which means by the time Dillards is open we can’t just leave work. When will Dillards go back to normal working hours that suites the public rather than Dillards?

Dillards has beautiful staff and now some items are on clearence sale and i love what they have, clothes, make up, shoes, handbags all quality

I just replaced my husband's entire wardrobe, it was long overdue. The menswear staff are friendly and helpful (and patient if you are as indecisive as I am.)

I love this store. Nice employees, nice merchandise. A little pricey but they have good sales. It's the best store to buy really nice things.

Had the best experience, Jaylin Ware was the best salesman, we even filled out a application for a Dillard's card, the lady's in the cosmetics section did my makeup and I purchased everything plus more, they are the real MVP's of Dillard's

In my quest for a new sport coat I was presented a limited number of options but Dillards seemed to be the best solution. The selection was a bit narrow but with excellent brands. There seemed to be only one person working the suit section with maybe three or four customers browsing. The person working the area seemed professional and friendly assisting with measurements and recommendations. I was hoping to see a few more color selections but was only presented two, black and grey in my size request. A bit disappointing considering my urgency.

I live it when they have sales going on. Just can't beat it. Hope you enjoy shoping at Dillards like I do!

Went in to find a suit for my fiancé. The staff was very friendly and helped us find one that wasn't too expensive.

Nice workers but I am not one to spend alot on pant and 3 pair was 140 not horrible but little more then I like to pay

Had The Most Helpful Employee Helping Me. The Perfume I Usually Buy For My Wife, No Longer Is Available, So I Had To Smell So Many, Actually only 4, But I Picked The First One, Which Was Romance, It's For Christmas, But Dillard's Has A 30 Day Return Policy Even On Perfume. I was Really Excited About That. So She Was So Helpful, She Went Above and Beyond Too Help Me. I Really Appreciate All Her Help. Awesome Customer Service and Excellent Employee.

Just to pricey for me. Not impressed with their clothing choices especially for the price.
