Dillard's, Longview TX

I went with my new mother to return a pair of shoes. She had forgotten her recept. They were able to scan the shoe and found the purchase. Modern technology! The staff was very attentive without hovering.

I personally have worked at the Longview Dillard’s and all I can truly say is I’m glad everyone is leaving this place. The work ethic is crude and greedy. Coworkers are being forced to quit because the manager won’t let them off for plans they had scheduled ahead of time that they personally informed her about; staff members have to worry about reporting bad work ethics because they’re afraid that their employer prefers to choose favorites and make money any way they can instead of looking at problems that can lead to tension between coworkers; they constantly hire new employees because either no one can make money off of their played out wardrobe, employees are greedy and take other employees sales (favoritism Ashley ;), or because they can’t keep enough employees to put up with their constant standard drama. Leavonna is not treating every employee fairly and it should definitely be looked into by someone, anyone even, because I’m sure your HR staff wouldn’t care either. I hope everyone working there finds something better. Because of Leavonna, this store is becoming a sinking ship. And if she doesn’t change her greedy schemes she’ll be back teaching again (oops, too late for that ;)

My husband and I took two of our grandsons back-to-school shopping at Dillard's, today. Eedan found a couple of pairs of Levi's jeans and a North Face shirt. The store is clean and neat. There is a huge choice of clothing, cosmetic, and footwear brands in this store, at reasonable prices. The employees are helpful and polite. Parking is free, in a large, well-lit lot. Recommended!

Everyone loves Dillard's, but this particular Dillard's didn't get any of my money because it was NOT wheelchair accessible. I should have the same freedom to wheel around and look at clothes as a person that is walking. It was unfortunate that I had a very embarrassing moment because we almost knocked over a rack of clothes trying to move it so my wheelchair could fit through and I could get out of the maze that they had set up. I entered one area that was actually wide enough for my small manual wheelchair? But once I got in there we had to move racks just to find a way out and then exit the clothing area. Of course the store is clean and the associates were kind, but when we asked for help getting out, every associate that was just in that area, went ghost on us! I won't be back. If I can't look at the items I want to purchase, then I won't be back. But I'm just one person out of millions of others and they will gladly spend their money there.

The store offers quality and is a place to find some premium brands that are not easy to find.

Love shopping there but can only purchase during sales. Purchased a Calvin Klein raincoat for $50, regularly $150 and a nice pillow but 65 percent off was still $17.50.

Im from Shreveport, Louisiana. I came to this location finding a dress I couldn’t find at my Dillards location. On my way out, a Latina lady came up to me ask me if my black Levi’s jacket if I took it from the junior section. I was shaken first and for most the most disrespectful thing you could do to a customer that’s from out of state plus, to think it was stolen from your department; there are more location, not just Dillard, that sells Levi’s jacket I purchased this jacket at the target from Shreveport Louisiana teach your employees to know what there sound and also a lesson on who is robin

Bought fragrances, price was the same as online.but you met friendly people and good service. And you got many samples to try before buy?

Pretty prom dresses, but if your not a size 0,1,2,3, or a 4 forget about finding anything. The quality feels cheap, Walmart has better quality.

The associates were very friendly. There was a good sale going on. I had an item I had received as a gift to return. The return was quick and easy because I had the gift receipt.

I just needed some shopping time and I knew I would get it here. I found some really nice outfits and bought one.

I had Peanut on my shoulder and couldn't reach the top shelf to find my size. The staff was friendly and helped me get the size I wanted.

Womens pajamas department. Excellent service. Very helpful! Not like a couple of other departments in the store. Employee approached me to assist. Went above and beyond. She deserves a medal!

Nan went above my expectations, she was extremely helpful & hospitable. Nan also help carry my purchases to my vehicle when I informed her that I recently had wrist surgery.

I rarely go to the mall/Dillards, when I go I'm looking for something specific. 90% of the time I can find exactly what I'm looking for at Dillards and the ladies there are always so very helpful.

Love this store, I had read Dillard's were closing some stores, the employee said, they were NOT closing this store it's number 1, in region.yeah!

Had a Greta experience shopping here tax free weekend this year. I never had to wait to check out and all the staff was nice. The only department I WOULDN'T suggest is the make up counters, the staff isn't friendly and they don't promote like the typical "Dillard's" style. They don't welcome you in and for that reason I wouldn't visit them to make a purchase or ask questions about products/specials. Otherwise, overall great experience this time around.

My family goes in there so much my grandchildren complain when we went looking at Dooneys and Coach shoe we could not get anybody to wait in us

This store is always clean, and great sales people to help you find your fit. You can't beat a Dillards experience in Longview, Texas.

Shelby at Dillard's did an excellent job for me. She called a store in Dallas to find another size in a dress that I just loved! Good and tenacious young lady! She's a keeper!
