Dillard's, San Antonio TX

The poorest treatment of employees I have every observed! There is non consistency of employ policies: some wear open toed shoes, extremely short dresses and those that follow the policies are not rewarded, The employees are told their families and they must be told ‘no I can’t spend time with you’ They never have a weekend off nor 2 days off. Schedule is done only for 7 days If they asked for a day off for medical reason, it isn’t guaranteed. The insurance denies preexisting conditions and there is no Human Resources department, to offer alternative. Never will I enter the doors of any Dillards store. The restroooms are old and malodorous. I will make o corporate complaint also.

Please visit the Malls. Mall traffic on Friday, September 8th was unexpectedly low. This mall is a benefit for the area as it provides much-needed jobs. Very high-end stores and that is not found out of this venue. Specialty shops.such as Anime Art. Spencers.and Jewelers. Please visit your local area mall.

It is always a big choice of merchandise.
There is sometimes a very good sell of high quality cloth.

Love this place. Has a big variety of clothes. The whole top floor is all women's and the bottom is men's. They have a huge section dedicated to big and tall men. They also have a huge selection on Levi's jeans and all colors and types. They are all for 50.00 too. Levis run about 60 and up at other places. They also have a big Michael kors purses, wallets section. They also carry Fendi, burberry, coach, Gucci purses as well. Love this store and so will you

Isaac was a big help and made sure I got exactly the cologne I needed at y’alls fragrance center. Although, I did come back to return it due to my father purchasing the same fragrance as a gift my experience was incredibly pleasant.

This store was also super clean and had many great choices for all your shopping needs! AUSTIN Dillards needs many lessons on first off asking a customer if they can help and secondly.just good old fashion kindness!

I have a wedding to go to today, so I went to Dillards to find something to wear. After walking around forever and speaking with a couple of people along came Nancy. I don’t know if this woman was the manager or who but she came to my rescue. I didn’t know they even made people like her in the retail business anymore. She really cared about what I wanted and what I needed and she kept looking for me and with me until I found the perfect garment. This is my favorite Dillards and people like Nancy, and the great selections, is the reason why. Thank you Nancy, you made a difficult day a whole lot easier.

I really wish I can give no stars for the main manager DORINA.she does not know customer services.she lost a loyal customer who spends alot on fragrances for men and women and just opened up a 10000 credit card who will now never use it we are goin to macys now.all because she could not return a 100 perfume for same exchange. Great job main manager DORINA for keeping the customer unsatisfied.

The German lady in the mens department was so sweet! She was amazing in helping me get sized properly and finding the colors that I needed to pull the fit together. I hate that I didn’t get your name but thank you so much for all your help that evening

Not enough employees we couldn't find anyone to help us with a search for clothing and shoes for my grandson finally gave up and left for another store!

Sales folks are friendly, helpful, and not pushy. Went in to purchase a set of dock leather sandals but were out. They recommended borne, which were more comfortable than the docks. Kudos to the sales for awesome customer service and looking out for the customers' needs.

Dillards (Rolling Oaks) does not stand by customer service and is ran by an assistant store manager who cares more to argue about a complaint than to actually be concerned. They refused to return a defective shoe despite what their policy reads on the back of the receipt. Mind you, it was the floor model that was sold to me. He said it was my opinion that the shoe is defective. My children witnessed him get irate and that alone was very inappropriate.
