Dillard's, San Antonio TX

We were the band hired to perform by Mrs. Lupita & Ms. Kimberly to help promote Dior's Savauge product line. We had a great time and it was our pleasure to do it! Such an immaculate store and fabulous employees! Thank you all again for thinking of us and having us play your event!

Took grandma shopping and I don't know much about grandma clothing but at least 5 different ladies came to the rescue

Always a nice store in which to shop or just browse around. It has several brands I like that I have not seen in other stores. My granddaughter, who is 12, always finds several things she likes. Large variety of shoes!

Excellent service today Christian Beck helped me on the 4th floor at North Star Mall Dillard's also Maria Villalon really helped my daughters and was super patient with my daughters at Kendra Scott! Great Service!

Edwin in the men's department was super helpful towards my family and I, very patient in explaining all types of clothing that would be adequate for my husband. Another lady named Deborah on the men's shoe department was also great in her customer service. Thank you guys for helping us

Perfume department for women there to bizzy talking to each other then to attend anyone their prejudice just look at you and ignore you they do not care about customer service here at all I will take my business else where

A department store that is easy to shop at. The grade is above average, and the cleanliness of the environment is better than that of Macy's and JCPenny.

Love this place, a real department store with decent high end products. I bought some Ray Ban sunglasses and experienced an actual sales associate assisting us to find the right frames, then she cleaned them and showed me several cases to choose from. Actual service, you don't get it very often anymore.
