Department Store Dillard's reviews
8 Men's Big and Tall "Department"
I am 6'05" 225 lbs - tall but not necessarily big. They had TWO pairs of slacks that fit me. Had MAYBE had a total of 6 or 8 sport coats and/or suit coats and none that would fit me (44 or 46 Extra Long)
I have lost 30 lbs since last buying dress clothes and was looking forward to buying a sport coat or two, a couple pair of slacks, a couple of dress shirts and maybe a black suit. Left with the ONLY two pair of slacks that fit reasonably and a white shirt.that was a little too big.
Received ZERO help or support and had to go searching for someone to check me out.
Finally found three clerks at the regular men's area visiting (Hiding as best they could). They carried on a conversation, partially in Spanish in front of me that included people's color, "Was he white? "
A very disappointing experience.
Just today, I'm going on vacation and a few days ago I went to buy some sneakers to wear and I was going to wear them, but it turns out that they gave me one from one number and another from another I just hope that when I get back from my trip they will change them, because I already threw away the ticket.they should pay more attention.
I have to say I don't know what that was the Father's Day weekend or just Epistles a great customer service I enjoy the perfume counters were very informative and knowledgeable about their task way2go Dillard's
Nice store - not like the other Dillards' that have been converted to clearance stores.
Store was clean and organized. There was a man at the front working on doors but he was very polite and courteous when my family walked rt through his workspace not noticing what was going on. Situation could have been a lot worse but he handled professionally
Wasn't told by clerk you have 3 days to return clearance items. So when I tried to return a clearance item. The clerk proceed to tell me then about the policy. The manager wouldn't exchange the item. Her and the clerk ignored me it asked what am t to do for I can't use it. She and the clerk kept on ignoring me. I told her that I wouldn't shop there again and all she had to say was I'm sorry you feel that way. Very bad customer service. My advise we should shop else where and put them out of business.
Under staffed and the employees I did find in the men's section were adverse to customer service or attention. I went to a register after finding the items I wanted with no help from an employee and stood and waited for minutes and minutes while the employee just kept pretending to organize something after twice making eye contact.
The men's cologne counter was a little better but not by very much. At least I wasn't ignored or brushed off until they found out I wasn't wealthy. It was a whirlwind tour, ten different colognes in five seconds. Almost fainted reaching for the coffee shakers. Left nose blind for a while.
It seems they only hire very young, overly attractive women who seem only concerned about the employee discount.
