Why pay more and be treated like you are nothing. Dillard in town east from the shoe department to the clothes the customer service is horrible. You can walk around in there and maybe a person will say can I help You. I was looking for a pink blouse for over an hour I walked around in there and finally a young lady asked if she could help. This happen to me Saturday: so disappointed in them. COVID has made us even more silly and unfriendly than we were before it hit. Lesson learned here as well. If the ppl working at the business do not greet me I will not be spending my monies there.

This location in Mesquite is very prejudiced towards black people. I was just looking at clothes and I heard over the intercom, their code to call security to watch over me. I felt so pressured to leave out of the store so fast. Every negative review left here is well deserved.

Do not shop at Dillard’s Town East mall! Management is very unprofessional, and they apparently have a return policy whee they can accuse you of wearing anything without the tag still attached. Very frustrating trying to exchange a birthday present that was too small and being accused of wearing it!

Wish I could leave a negative stars. We saw a tie said perfect lets get shoes, we are looking at shoes with a sales associate when another comes saying we cant have the tie at shoes section. Fine we give tie to the sales associates, finish with shoes, pay for shoes, go back to pay for tie and what do we get? A greeting with Loss prevention, a manager, and two more sales associates waiting us with the tie. A tie! I swear this must be the presidents one and only bc seriously? Did i mention we were literally about to pay for the tie? Nope never again.

Kids shoes…. If you are black, DO NOT shop here. The mexican girl with the short black hair is beyond racist. She told us that it is company policy for my boys, 7 & 12, to put on only 1 shoe in front of her while she hold on to the box. I called another Dillards and was told that it is not company policy. When we called on the manager (nice dude), she unplugged the cash register in order for her not to ring us up. The manager had to take us to another register.

Every employee treated me (multiracial) and my husband (Looks white but is a Spaniard) very terribly. As my husband was leaving they made a very racial remark despite every employee being poc at the time we visited last Saturday

I loved shopping there I love shopping at Dillard's, excellent clothes, good price, excellent service in the Macy's part of the store, beautiful dresses, good price, I recommend them

NOW I SEE WHY STORES ARE CLOSING BY THE DROVES. WHO WANTS TO BE LOOKED AT AS A THIEF EVERY TIME YOU WALK INTO A STORE. IT'S VERY UNCOMFORTABLE INDEED? WHY DO YOU HAVE CAMERAS AND SOLDIERS WALKING AROUND WITH GUNS AND BULLETPROOF VESTS ON. I FELT LIKE I WAS ON THE BATTLEFIELD. JUST FOR YOUR INFORMATION. THE LAST TIME IT HAPPENED TO ME THEY SICKED THEIR DOG ON ME. GOD ALLOWED THEIR STORE TO CLOSE COMPLETELY DOWN. THEY WILL LEARN DON'T MESS WITH GOD'S PEOPLE. (GOOD NOTE/ 10 PTS************** AND ABOVE A 10: DILLARD'S ALWAYS HAVE GOOD SALES ON THEIR SHOES. NOW THEIR CLOTHES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EXPENSIVE SINCE THE 80S. BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I JUST NEED A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY JESUS. THAT'S THAT. I LOVE DILLARD'S BUT YOU MUST LEARN FROM YOUR FAILING COMPETITORS.

The lady who worked at the furtniture section was SO RUDE! Instead of telling us anything she resorted to screaming at us, dillards consider firing this employee (afternoon of june 26)

Great Day at Dillard's, young Lady by the name of Celeste help me to get a pair of Akoo shorts that was almost impossible to find, Celeste was very passionate about her job, Very Professional, her customer service is 2nd to none.

I have bought in this store, the products are very good but the staff leaves a lot to be desired although not all of them are like that the person who attends children’s clothes is very despotic and gets annoyed because one asks questions there is no customer service available, it will be good for the store to work on its staff to improve

I think the prices are in the normal range, the attention of the perfumery girls is very good.

I came to Dillard’s to buy gifts we have two birthdays today. I was greeted by a nice young lady (black) who helped me with a few scents. I had my son with me whom went upstairs to find a scent for him. I couldn’t make up my mind on which perfume so I went upstairs to meet my son. He picked Versace Flame. I paid we walked around the mall and came back 45 mins later. I decided I wanted to buy Candy by Tomas somebody. There was three ladies standing in the aisle all black and other ladies behind the counter. I waited at least 5 mins picking up scents and smelling them on my own. Not one of these ladies ask to help me. I feel some sort of way. A friend said it was because I’m black but I truly hope that’s not the case

Town east mall guest service at Antonio melani are horrible the African lady with the wrap in her hair so rude and unprofessional you can just tell she doesn’t like her job she screamed through the dressing room door is anyone in here! I said yes sorry (I had to find a open dressing room because she was on her phone by the clothes racks and she screamed whatever you don’t want HANG IT UP OUTSIDE THE DOOR literally screaming at me through the fitting room door I didn’t even bother to answer because I am not a rude person and hated the tone of her voice the whole time I was shopping she was on her phone on a phone call gossiping when I needed help but didn’t ask because she was too busy and when I was in the dressing room I needed a smaller size but was too scared to ask her this is the first and last time I shop on that section I was already having a horrible day because my outift was for a funeral now I have to get screamed at by a person who wasn’t even nice to help me or see my face before getting acused of

I had a horrible experience here. Went to get clothes for my fiancé for our engagement photo shoot. We were in the upstairs area by the polo items August 27th 11: 00. The elderly lady in this area was beyond rude. She followed me around when getting a second size for my fiancé as if we were attempting to steal? She told me she needed to know how many items we had, told me I needed to bring out what didn’t work, when I brought her what didn’t work she argued with me about how many items I had and rudely told me to go get the hangers, she told me I couldn’t be in the dressing room with my fiancé making sure the outfit worked (really? I’m not a teenager, we are both grown adults lmao). The funniest part was the shocked look on her face when we had her ring up $150+ in clothing and bought it. Horrible customer service. She wouldn’t leave me alone, pestering us and nitpicking. I will never buy from here again.

Didn't get her name but she was amazing and extremely helpful. Highly recommended place to shop for bras.
