Dillard's, Plano TX

I was in the women's Dept.and this one particular woman was very helpful. Wish I knew who she was. I am wheelchair bound and was with my daughter. We were very happy with the outcome. Thank you Dillard's.

Not so much as dislike, they were out of a lot of product. Would have loved to have someone that was experienced with mature skin and had recommendations for your older consumers. More than likely I'll go to Dillards in North Park.

It's like all other Dillard's stores however the employees try to make you checkout in each section you are in because management forces sales goals on them independently instead of as a whole store.

We love shopping at Dillard Store. Very clean, the employees are very friendly, and fun to shop!

By far y favorite department store for more than 30 years. Specifically Dillard's at Willowbend. The ladies are so helpful at Lancome and Versace counters. I have shopped here for so long they already know what type of perfumed I prefer. Highly recommend!

I like the fact that the staff stayed off my back and only assisted my needs when I asked for their assistance.

They have a way better selection than Macy's. I've always been pretty loyal to Macy's but when they struggled with their business a few years ago and lost brands like coach I didn't shop as much from them. I went over to Dillard's because I saw online their designer handbag section was larger and it sure didn't disappoint. While strolling along I found some other really good deals on markdown clothes. So I guess they got a new shopper, signed up for a credit card and all.

Nice Dillard's with a great selection of a variety of products. My specific experience was that the Big & Tall section was extremely well organized and had very helpful and a very organized and helpful staff member.

I found a bra I thought would work. The lady helped me look for so many sizes. Unfortunately it didn't work for me and I brought it back a few days later to exchange. I couldn't find anything that worked. The processed a refund for me without question. Great service

Good selection. Although the prices are better at Macy's, and so are the associates at Macy's. The one associate in the men's wear here was on his phone and never greeted me the entire time I was there.

Very pricey and not much deals. Even with 70% off, the price still expensive. Sometimes you find same products in Ross for 50% off. Not recommended to shop here.
