Dillard's, Cedar Hill TX

I like Dillard's but they are high in prices i like the make up counter to the right when you walk in store Sephoras

Was told after we were already in a dressing room to come out because it was a women's dressing room even though it's note stated anywhere, I was helping my girlfriend try on dresses. Lady was coughing most of the time, she should not be at working putting other employees and shopper at risk.

My 1st time in this store. We went to the MAC Makeup Shop. Those ladies are so Super Friendly! And they made it all about Me, with direct 1 on 1 attention. They had a line of customers and each customer was treated individually.

Came to returned a dress and couldn't return it because they claimed it was "stained" I told them the dress is designed that way. It was the fabric that makes it look a certain way. It was never worn still new how I bought it. I had to drive to another location to return it because apparently they are blind and cannot tell the difference. Poor customer serive on the sales associate who works in the evening gown area and manager.

Had a lot of personalized help. Found many good sales. Did a return and that was easy. There was a good selection and the store was well stocked. We like shopping at department stores like this one. We will be back. And it is close to work and home.

The Sales Associate was very professional, courteous and helpful! I was able to find the exact item my wife wanted for her Birthday present, at a reasonable price.

I thank the Lord they are still in business. I am a plus size older proffessional female. I buy my business attire here. Good sales.

Ladies in mens department and mens cologne very helpful. Could not get any assistance in mens shoes.

Excellent mid-to-upmarket shopping experience, replete with excellent interactions with Dillardians. I found precisely the products I was looking for at the right price, in the right location.

Shoe shopping with sis and mom.actually he were out fathers day shopping lol but they shoes we're calling us through the window.great customer service and lots of sales to choose from.you can get $90 shoes for $30 something. WOW!

I went to buy my mother jewelry for mothers day, and the staff was more thab helpful and willing to help me make my selection. I'd certainly come again!

I find great prices on great brands. They control the fitting rooms so they are always clean. On "slow" days you may have to ask for assistance, but any cosmetic consultant can help at any brand. Same for fragrance. Their monthly clearance is fabulous but you have to go early because some people sweep the clearance to resell on Ebay.

Nice clean store.but I was looked at some kind of way, folks need to understand that not everyone with money wears their money I still spent about $600 in half hour so dillards still won. I think I would have spent more if I didn't feel so uncomfortable.

Love this Dillards. Always find what I'm looking for. Conveniently located. Only problem is can never find someone at checkout. Have to go around circling the whole store before you find a salesclerk.

I went to buy a tennis bracelet for my mom for Mothers day. The saleswoman was phenomenal. The price was in budget and I was able to buy earrings too.

Walked into the store yesterday afternoon and wasn’t greeted. I went into the jewelry department there was an employee some blonde lady who didn’t say not one word to me! Not can I help you with anything or nothing. I had to ask another gentleman wearing a suit who was also in the jewelry department with a scanner in his hand for help but he had poor customer service as well! This Dillard’s is dry as hell and needs better employees they act like they scared to talk to you or something.

Visited the shoe department Dillards. Love the department store. Shoe department many clerks not very helpful you had to ask them for help. Made a purchase two pair of great shoes

Great store as always not far from home. Today they were having a 40% sale off of the sale price my daughter and I found a great dress for a great price.

A very nice lady named Janie helped us find Uggs for our special needs daughter. She was the kindest lady, I'd go back to her any day! Thanks Janie for making our visit nice!

Workers are lazy as hell and just ignore you when you're obviously lost and needing help finding a particular item. I was in the Ralph Lauren section looking for a sweater and the guy never spoke and just stood there ignoring me while I walked around.
