Dillard's Clearance Center, Lewisville TX

I NEED TO FIND SOMETHING SPECIFIC FOR MY SON-IN-LAW. I WENT HERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE A VARIETY CLOTHES FOR A REALLY NICE PRICE. I FOUND POLO, CALVIN AND MANY MORE. FROM SHOES, BELT, SHIRT ETC.

I was able to find great gifts for what ever reason. Everyday Wear, Christmas, Weddings and Birthdays! The stores layout was designed with its customer's in their minds, easy parking! Clothes were neatly placed on hangers in numbericial order, The cleanness of the store, Even the ladies fitting and bathrooms. Made the shopping experience great. Although Management missed their assignment of welcoming. Smile.

If you are looking for a good deal this is where you will find it, but be willing to dig for it!

Has a pretty good selection and nice layout. I was able to get great deals from there. The only problem is they have someone working in the men’s department with a major attitude problem. She doesn’t seem to realize that people come here for a calm, comfortable experience, even if it’s a clearance center. I hope she gets help soon, but in the meantime, if they could at least switch her with someone else for the department, I’d feel totally comfortable coming back. There is no reason for her to treat the customers so poorly. Just because she’s in a bad mood doesn’t mean she has to put everyone around her in a bad mood.

They don’t remove sensors from clothes BECAREFUL!

The staff is the worst they left another sensor on my item I called Nelson / Cathy and he didn’t even care the both said that they do these mistakes all the time and is okay.

Always able to find a great deal. Lots of wonderful items. They have done a lot to organize the store and clean it up. During the holidays the lines went by really fast. Was able to get a lot of business attire for my husband.

So much to choose from and lower pricing. Conveniently located outside of mall - but attached ;) When I got to checkout my jeans were lower than already low price! Woo - hoo #score

This store has converted to a clearance store. Only lower level is open. Nicely organized store with great selections.

I have not been to the Lewisville clearance location for quite awhile, The store was more organized than my last visit. I loved how everything was clearly marked and grouped in like colors. Great job and the shopping experience was excellent. I purchased what I was looking for and saved some $$. Keep up with the great store.

This outlet use to be a wonderful experience, however, lately, there are too many damaged clinging on the racks. In addition, many items are without tags, which is somewhat of a hassel. Notwithstanding, a disappointment. Why the people working there aren't combing the rack, is beyond me. Please do not blame it on Covid-19.

The store was very organized and easy to find your size and category. The only negative thing was the air conditioning did not work and it was very hot in the store.
