Front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They talk at you not to you. Her husband is just as bad and he’s the office manager but all he cares about is the $ coming in. Dr. Nutis is not any better! Worst office experience ever

Dr. Nutis sat attentively listened and shared her diagnosis answered any questions I had. Professional and knowledgeable.

My mother in Law has been a patient for over 20 years.and never wanted to change doctors.she fell really ill a few days ago.and I called Dr. Nutis after hours.left message with answering service.waited an hour NO call back from doctor.i called again.and answering service told me they would resend message.again NO call back.after some time we decided to call 911. Doctor never called me.a day later office called to confirm Mother in-law's doctors appointment for the following day. I explained Dr.never called. Office person never showed any empathy.all she said is" I will tell the Doctor". And to keep them posted. I explained that My mother in law has been in the hospital for 2 days. If Dr. Nutis would like to.she can call hospital to receive any information. We feel very scared as our Mother in law is all alone in her room and no one can be with her.she is 90 years old.
I am very disappointed with the lack of empathy and care in this situation from Dr.especially in the times we need it her the most. We pray that soon we get to see our Mother in law again and take her home from the hospital.

Front desk staff are all young and unprofessional especially on the telephone. During a telephone/video consult a PA filling in for her literally wore a mask and face shield to protect her through the computer from COVID19. I was forced to pay a copay three times to see her just to ask question or request a lab. Almost as bad as her brother and his wife on the east side.

I chose Dr. Nutis as my new PCP as the staff at my old PCP’s office offer the worst customer service. Dr. Nutis has been my PCP since January of this year and I’m already impressed with her practice. On my first visit, she spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. She understood that I know what works for me. She made some suggestions and, if I were to become unhappy with the results, she was willing to try something else. She was warm and friendly.
Her staff is friendly and responsive. I call about and issue and it is resolved the same day. Time spent in the waiting room is short.
I highly recommend this medical practice!

Always waiting takes forever, more than one hour at the waiting room.
