Got my eyebrows waxed. They weren't even. I asked for my eyebrows not to be thin. And, I got thin eyebrows.

The service was fine however when I went in to get a pedicure today, I was looking for a polish color & the woman said "Don't worry about that, I have colors over here". She showed me a bunch of colors and I picked one. She then gave me the prices of all the pedicures. I chose basic at $30. She recommended the deluxe for $45 after seeing dry skin on my legs. I said ok. After all was done, my total came to $60! The polish they used was 'gel'. I didn't ask for gel and she told me $45 even after I had picked the color. I went in planning on spending $30, I understand she sold me on the additional $15 but I really thought it was going to be $45, not $60!

They were amazing me and my daughter got our nails done we just moved from NY and we’ve been looking for a great place to get them done I have no complaints about them our experience was amazing I highly recommend INails

DONT GO HERE! They’ll cut you, give an uneven shape & then make you pay full price for their mistakes. 2nd time going and won’t be returning! Disgusted I had to pay for such poor quality!

OMG i love my nails! For only 35$ this is such good nails! The staff is amazing especially the old man which gave me gel instead of regular polish! Will definitely be visiting again!

Before covid I would go there all the time loved it.but since covid all the good nail techs are gone.so I stopped coming here and went else where

I give this place 5 stars because they accommodated my needs, super professional and nice and just over all willingness to listen to the needs. It was super quick to get seated and was super clean here. If you need personalized treatment for a pedi and mani and Good quality come here! Thank you for providing awesome service!

This was the worst experience I have ever received. They got nail polish all over my fingers and gave me chunky nails all while saying it’s my nails fault. No they messed up and never take responsibility. Never come here and send everyone away. And Julie is gone from working here.

I went there because they had good reviews. I left disappointed. The tech guy left my nails too long n two
left uneven and crooked. He said two words to me the entire time I was there "wash hands. " My pedi not too great either. I had to fix his shabby work. I felt bad only tipping 3.00 but no more was deserved.

My experience with I Nails from the very first visit has been an amazing experience, today Nancy out did herself. My nails look sexy and classy.

Paid for a full set with gel polish. 45$ and they're lifting it's only been a week. He didn't clip my nails down prior to gluing, I should have before I came in but that's not the point. 45$ for 7 days is too much and I tipped too. Annoyed! Literally don't even have grow out yet, and this isn't the shape I asked for. They're Literally square, NO CURVE on the sides at all, and I said coffin nails.seriously Walmart does better

I came on New Years eve and I had a very pleasant experience. The prices were good. $27 for a basic pedicure and $40 for a full shellac set. Everyone was very kind and they actually toke their time. Wonderful experience. I will be back again.

Best so far.even open on Thanksgiving thank you for working. Loved it great service and really knows what there doing. Nails feet and eyebrows looking fantastic.

I've been coming for over a year and have had wonderful results every time. The workers here were friendly and meticulous to make sure they do it right. Service was quick and price wasn't too high. If I could give them 6/5 stars I would!

I went to get my nails done and asked for a gingerbread man sticker and it’s all messed up I kept tell the lady multiple time but she kept saying it cute I told her it’s missing half it’s foot and I still paid 35$ for something I didn’t like! I’m not going back this was my second time but I won’t be returning

I had a great mani and pedi plus lots of conversation. The staff are very honest, hard working and friendly! Quality work, honest and good service. Great place for an in-and-out quality experience
