I have had the best experience at DOC. They have taken great care of me! From my outstanding surgeon to my amazing physical therapist- my care has been exceptional!

Very professional yet friendly check-in staff. I called Friday morning with knee pain and was able to get in at 12: 30 for xrays and to see Micah. This is my 3rd or 4th time using them and I highly recommend them.

Micah was amazing and very tentative. Listened to my issues and worked with me the front desk staff was amazing guiding me through the process and being sweet all around:) if I ever get injured again I’ll keep this contact in touch!

I had a really great first experience at Direct Orthopedic Care recently. The staff is very friendly and the best part was the fact that I wasn’t stuck waiting for an hour. I checked in and was called back within 15 minutes or less. Micah Bowman provided incredible care and was thorough and listened to my list of issues. Instead of brushing any concerns off, he worked with me to figure things out and find answers that would ease my mind. It’s the first experience ever with orthopedic care and I’m truly pleased with how well it went. The location is easy to access and the place is bright, clean and inviting!

I went to DOC 1-4-24, had X-rays on my left foot and my back. I had been in the hospital for a mild case of Covid, was discharged on Sunday afternoon. That evening as I stood up from my chair, it felt like something was wrapped around my left ankle, I pitched forward face first onto the floor, severely hurting my ankle and back. The people at DOC were very helpful, polite, professional, the facility was also very clean. I do highly recommend this facility.

Everyone I saw in the office today were spectacular. They helped me. They made me feel better. They didn't make me feel stupid cuz I didn't know how to do stuff. This old woman was very happy with her care

They were very efficient, got me the care I needed very quickly, and were very patient in answering my questions. It was so easy to set up an appointment online. I would recommend DOC to anyone needing wick orthopedic care.

I was referred here by a former patient. I’m cash pay and it was $475. They took X-rays and a sonogram and offered shots if needed.

We went. Most unprofessional lobby I’ve ever seen for a medical facility. Zyan flirting with the three girls and T hey were singing loudly to the radio. It was just bad. Even my 18 year old son looked at me and was concerned about his diagnosis “at a place like this! ”

Duane Allred was our care physician and I think he was 10/10. He took lots of time to diagnose and give a thorough check. He was extremely knowledgeable and I felt that we could not have been served better anywhere else.

I left pleased with the diagnosis and the cash price paid. I will recommend this place but I would also hope that they could firm up the front. It’s the first and last thing you experience!

When scheduling my husband’s appointment, we were informed that the cash pay price for a visit, a steroid injection, and draining of the fluid from his knee would be $475. My husband never received a steroid injection because it was not recommended for his situation, nor did they drain any fluid from his knee And we were still charged $475. I dropped it and moved on since they were able to get us in so quickly. The PA that we saw stated we needed to do a follow up MRI on my husband‘s knee as soon as possible to see if his meniscus tear had gotten any worse And told us that he would send an order to Gateway. My husband is unable to walk or work due to the severity of his injury, so when we called Gateway today, they stated they had no orders. We called DOC first thing in the morning to confirm, they sent the order, and the receptionist stated the doctor did not not finish, putting in his notes yesterday, and had not submitted the order. Yet, I asked her to confirm if it was with or without contrast because gateway could get us in tomorrow if it was without contrast, she said she needed to check with the provider, and she placed me on hold, then came back and confirmed it was without contrast, and that he would submit the order. I waited most of the day and they had still not sent it, so I called back and was told that the provider was unavailable and went home sick so they would not be able to send The order without the chart notes being completed, because insurance would not approve the order. I explained to them once again that we were cash pay so we did not need approval from insurance and again they told me they would go ahead and submit the order since we were cash pay. Now Gateway is closed and they still have no orders as of five minutes prior to closing, my husband will not be able to get in for a MRI now, and Monday is a holiday. DOC clearly does not care about how bad someone is in pain or how long they are unable to work or get help or answers. The front desk staff were all sitting around while we were there and on their phones, and when we were placed in a room we could hear them complaining about how they had a walk-in patient and did not want to take them and we’re joking about just sending them somewhere else or telling them that they couldn’t help them. We wasted $475 and got absolutely nothing in return.
