I don't think they care, nor do they read this. I have had a problem since day one. The technician that installed the equipment knocked over and broke my floor lamp. Then insisted on a 5 start review before he would turn on our boxes. Now a year later they doubled our rate. I paid till the end of the month and cancelled. Disconnected our boxes from TV on that day. But they did not. So they (Come to find out) or still charging me. To now it's over $400 dollars. I can't talk to anyone except over seas and all they want to do is coolest the $400 dollars. I had a guy call me yesterday and tell me we can get you back on for $75 a month and your account cleared hetransfer the call and the next 3 HOURS I was pushed from one person to another each of them just wanted to collect the $400 dollars. You can't reach anyone else the calls only go to collections. You can't even call from anyone phone.

My bill fluctuates up or down $1 to $2. Why. Why do they charge a $7 TV access fee. They already charge a fee to have the service.

Why do they argue every couple of months with various channels and customers lose that channel during their negotoations? We've been without o urge local CBS for 3 weeks plus.

We should get a discount for every channel that is disrupted. They're still making money off customers.

Maybe we all ought to threaten to switch to a different satellite company.

It's probably not the worst company, but it's pretty rocky at times. Gave it 2 stars.

I heard it's not under AT&T, but my bill still has their logo. I still think it's associated with AT&T.

After 17 years with Directv I have never been treated like I have just to get a simple transfer from one address to anothe address. I will never do business with Directv againn

Worst company. They trick you into what seems to be a deal, then at the end of the “trial period” they double the cost and the customer can’t do a damn thing about it because they are still under contract. By reading all of the previous negative comments, without one comment from DirectTv customer care, proves they only care about money.

Directv is the worse cable network. They should have left it with ATT so they won't go bankrupt. Now that the prices have doubled, the service is not worth having especially with alllllll the streaming apps out there (and some of those are free). They didn't even tell me that Directv was no longer under ATT since 2021and that they had "new terms" that just started January 2023. So when I got February bill it's doubled to $190 ABSOLUTELY NOT! I've never had a DTV bill that was more than $85, it's not even worth more than $85. I tried to downgrade to the Family Plan but it only had paid programming channels shame on CANCELLED

These guys don’t know how technology works, have poor support, poor communication, and can’t fix issues that have been a problem for over 3 years.
