Friendly reception and all products were provided to get my dirty dog clean. I highly recommend!

My 14 yr old service fur baby wigs out at bath time so having a place with stairs into the bath, nice sprayer, and roomy tub sure makes a huge difference.

I came in at 10: 40am to give my dog a bath and the person there said she couldn’t let me do it because there wasn’t a front office person there, yet. She was there, just standing around, waiting for grooming drop offs. Fix your website, then. It says you’re open. I drove 25min and was turned away, and that’s on the business. Ya’lls mistake. How hard is it to let me bath my dog and take 2 min to check me out when I’m done. Ridiculous. Never coming back. There’s better dog wash stations, I’m sure, with employees who can think outside the box and fix a problem that’s their fault.

To respond to the owner’s reply. I went to the South Lamar location. So I was supposed to be able to bathe my dog at 10am as your website, implied, the employee there either lied to me or covered for someone running late.

Cant say enough good things! My dog doesnt get on with other dogs, and the staff are always so understanding and will check the bathing area for other dogs and station me at a corner bath to help me and my dog. Love this place!

I went to the shop. It is in back of a trinket shop. The young lady quoted me a price for a wash n brush that I thought was pricey. She was to call me later in the day after she talked to the owner about just brushing out my Akita. I never heard from anyone. So there is not much to share.

Great place to go if it's a spontaneous idea to groom your dog. Prices are reasonable. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to dogs.

My dog is very timid and anxious and everyone there was kind and amazing with him. His cut looks great too. Excellent service and I will definitely be back often!

I've been using the self serve grooming stations for years. They have everything I need, and the locations are always as clean and tidy as possible

Amazing place to go give your dog a self-wash. Well equipped with nice shampoo, shampoo brush, assortment of other brushes, ear wash, cotton pads, dryer, plenty of clean towels, and nice warm water with a great nozzle. Staff was also very helpful with answers to my questions and tips as this was my first time.

Excellent place I had a great experience with this place they were very sweet and did my dog so good he didn't come out stressed. They were Awesome and did an Awesome job I would recommend them anytime.

We love the dirty dog! We have used their groomers who do an excellent job and are so patient with our two big (and often very dirty) retrievers! But we also love using the self wash. They have everything you need from soap, various brushes and our favorite, the doggie cologne that lasts for weeks and keeps our girls smelling great. Its always super clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly, too. Our go to for years now

Even though my dog hates going to dirty dog…
She resists at all cost. Refuses to go through the door. But once we get her in and get her in the tub she’s relaxed and calm and enjoys the experience. She leaves smelling great and feeling soft.

I loved it there, its a small little place but has everything you'll need to groom your dog. The staff are super nice and helped me since i never done that before. Im coming back for sure.

I have been bringing my 5yr old female super social lab here for about 6 months now and can’t say enough good things! As someone who has worked in the animal industry for over 7 years and is a certified dog trainer I’m very pleased with the staffs ability to manage their playgroups and keep my dog socially engaged while still knowing when breaks are needed. My dog has never been more excited to go anywhere (and that’s saying a lot!)

Just stopped to give my dogs a quick wash from a day having fun and adventure around Barton Creek. The staff was very attentive and helpful since it was my first time visiting the establishment. The price was reasonable and would definitely go back.

Have been taking my dog for the past two years, the groomers did a good job, although the price kept on going up.
Last visit was terrible though, they never informed that the groomer changed and my dog had the worst grooming job ever, very patchy, nails not trimmed, here ears groomed in evenly and had to take her back to get adjusted and the groomer was a trainee and her clippers were falling apart as she was trimming. Had I known before would have never got my dog groomed. And never going back.

We took our goldendoodle to be groomed. We specifically said, we didn't want her shaved and the lady checked her over and said she wasn't matted, so no need to shave her. We showed her a picture of how she was last groomed when we were living in another state. We came to pick her up, and you wouldn't even recognize that it was our dog! They had shaved her. I have posted a picture showing how we asked her to look and then what we got, as it was not even close! Plus the price was insane over $100 including tip for a shave! (We tipped before we had seen her) If we wanted to have our dog shaved, we would have done that ourselves!
