My surgery was pretty significant. L2-L5 laminectomy. Dr. Indresano did an amazing job on my surgery. I am 3 weeks post op and already feel great.

The service was great overall. Doctor Andrew Indresano is the best he actually cares for his patients well being and making sure he provides the best healthcare.

My surgery with Dr. Valente was a success because of his experience and compassion. His office staff was amazing helping through the recovery process and answering questions I had along the way. It is always important to select a Doctor you can trust and know he will take care of you; Dr. Valente is that Doctor.

Dr avarmis was great, my surgery went well and Holly in physical therapy was the most pleasant person to make this tough time a little easier

Dr. Indresano, performed neck surgery on me in Nov 2019. I thanked him for everything! He is an awesome surgeon and physician, to say the least. He has an incredible gift to help patients as myself. I don't have that horrible crazy pain to my neck and right arm. It is refreshing to wake up pain free. He has a very soothing bedside manner and I thank him for this. May God continue to bless his incredible ministry of healing he has!

I well never come to this institute. I’ve suffered multiple back displacement. The front desk hung up multiple times, such saavy individuals. Always, remember front people are representing your company! My cousin and I need it, I’ll look elsewhere. Your front desk individuals! Now my cousin and i have chose elsewhere.

STAY AWAY. THE MOMENT THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND SURGERY IS OVER YOU ARE NOTHING TO THESE PEOPLE. Dr. Indresano is a wonderful surgeon, unfortunately his entire team fail him at every opportunity. Every interaction I have had post-surgery has been them not answering their phones, making excuses as to why no one was available to write me a script for nausea because they are only in the office Tuesday - Thursday (so good luck to you when your surgery is on a Thursday and you are completely abandoned by this office afterwards). Never in my life have I experienced such a lack of patient care. For my 2 week follow up i was given an address an hour away from my home only to find it closed upon my arrival because they sent me to the wrong location. Ever spent 2 straight hours in the car 2 weeks after back surgery? The assistant who took my blood for the test pre-surgery HURT ME because she was too lazy to go get a smaller needle. I've had blood so many time this year and i have never felt the pain she put me through. I didn't write this previously because Dr. Indresano cared enough to talk to his staff when he found out how i had been treated but there has apparently been no change. Now i'm needing a letter to keep my gym membership frozen and the surgical coordinator couldn't be bothered for an entire week to even acknowledge my email requests, then when i called this morning she screened my phone call! UNREAL. The girl at the front desk put me on hold and what do you know Julie IS in the office but she decided just not to answer and to have the message relayed that it's not her job to send these letters so she forwarded it to the medical assistant who won't be in until noon today. If Dr. Indresano wants a successful practice he should fire all of these unbelievably incompetent people and start over with a new team.
