Been to this place twice to get our hitch installed. The price was very decent compared to other places.

Quick install, had the hitch I needed in stock and the manager or owner went the extra mile to do the install near closing time. Install done right too.

BAD BUSINESS.

Looks like a 12yr old girl installed my 7way plug and trailer brake controller. These incompetents drilled holes in my Crome bumper for a 7 way plug that unnecessarily protrudes out past my bumper instead of just drilling into the metal underneath. They left the wiring for the trailer brake controller exposed and looking shotty also unnecessarily. They couldn’t be bothered to roll up my truck window when done either and left my truck unsecure outside for hours. I get to fix their mess now. They also charged me 150.00 for a Curtis 51120 that I can’t even find online for near that. They ripped me off but the install was so bad I’m embarrassed at how they left my truck looking. These guys are very inexperienced or just don’t care. My receipt says ALL SALES FINAL in all caps and bold font very big. I got screwed trusting Shane.

Just excelent, friendly service, good products, fast.no appointment needed. I strongly recomemtnde over U-Haul or DFW Camper

Ordered my hitch and it was there by 11 am next day. Installed and wired nicely in a reasonable amount of time and for $90 cheaper than another popular shop!

I stopped through after work because I was having some issues with a harness I installed myself. Shane and his crew knew exactly how to diagnose the issue and it turned out I just installed the harness incorrectly. Five stars for the experience and attention to minor details that a rookie wouldn’t think to pay attention to.

So far so good.a bit disappointed they don't have wkd hours but thats about the only issue

Had to buy a sway hitch part to modify the unit for a vehicle with a taller ball connection. They got me what I needed quickly and did the bolt changes right then. Today I needed hitch system modified back for my original vehicle and Soloman did this is just a few minutes without advance notice! Shout out to him and Discount for quick courteous service!

Mark was great. I had many questions for him and he was always there when I called. I Have an older 1995 Chevy G20 custom van that only had a 4 pin connector for a trailer. I installed a 4 pin to 7 pin adapter but did not want to attempt the install for a Tekonsha Prodigy 3 brake controller I had purchased for our Casita travel trailer. I had contacted several RV places and received many high quotes to install. Luckily I found Discount Hitch & Truck Accessories. The price was fair and the installation excellent. I left the van on Wednesday evening before close and the next day it was completed. Great customer service and workmanship

I have been waiting for a hitch from another company for six weeks and was told that they couldn't get it for another month or more. So I called Nick at the Karbach Street location and he had it to me within days, with two parts shipping from two different locations. He was eager to help me and followed through with a phone call to make sure everything was delivered in good condition. I was very surprised at how thorough he was. I highly recommend this company and especially Nick who performed above and beyond to get me taken care of. Thank you Nick!

I've done business here before with no problems the staff was friendly, very informative and do a great job. On my last visit I bought a beautiful cover for my new truck and made a appointment for a tint it was completed in a timely fashion and the gentleman answered all my questions, gave me tips and made me feel welcome. Shane and his team at Discount Hitch and Truck Accessories in Arlington were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did a great job reinstalling our fifth wheel hitch which was incorrectly installed by another company. Thank you all for your fast, efficient service! We called them at 8: 15 Monday morning and they had the hitch reinstalled by 2 something! Super service! Highly recommend this place!

We were in a middle of a moving, loaded and ready to go when trailer lights stopped working properly. Others directed us on a wild goose chase, several businesses visited, finally found Shane who brought out his tools, tested the truck, told us the solution and what we needed. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the part, but he told us where to locate it. Shane wouldn’t accept money for his time. Shane solution was accurate, and parts were found where he sent us.
