The customer service at Master Transmission and Collision in Friendwood was amazing thanks to Miguel at front of desk. I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake and the interior of the shop was very clean and neat. They offered complimentary snacks and water and made sure everyone was taken care of to the fullest. They even offered a tour of the shop l, if you wanted it, and informed about the shops, the history, and the cleanliness of the area they work in. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who wants amazing automotive and customer service.

Waiting room is comfortable, and it helps that they have drinks and snacks!

Updating my review after a 3 hour oil change. They gave a discount after I requested one. They apologized multiple times for the wait. I called ahead to see about making an appointment or if I would be ok to walk in. I was told that they could get me in without a wait, no problem.

I simply ask that in the future to be honest about how busy their shop is.

This one one of the most welcoming, trusting, and supportive car repair shops I’ve come across in the Clearlake/Friendswood area. They are on point with their customer service and everything else is clearly explained, shown and provided for us. They provide clean work with reasonable prices. Cruz was amazingly generous and helpful I appreciate it.

Good option if you need state inspection on a tight schedule. Arrived at the shop with no appointment and still took me in 30 mins before closing. Also notified me of potential issues that needed to be addressed and allowed me into the garage to what exactly they were.

They check your car for any kind of maintenance. They take pics and are very informative on the issues. They send you quotes, and they also finance. So, if the work is out of your budget now you have option to pay later. They just want you to be 18 or older, have a job, and have a bank account. Cruz and Henry are amazing! They always treat you so kind. Great customer service!

Very friendly & comfortable environment.genuinely nice people and they do free inspections for anyone over 65! I have been there several times and have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for my inspection to be completed.

Took my truck in for general maintenance, state inspection, and fluid flush. Wound up with more than I bargained for on maintenance and safety repairs, but was easily handled with an honest and open dialog with Cruz. One of the things I enjoy most about working with this shop is the honesty about the work and the willingness to show and discuss the state of old parts after repairs are made. The shop makes an honest effort at educating customers about their vehicles and maintenance with a focus on safety and reliability.

My car was stolen and recovered in a high speed chase by police. The people who stole it wrecked it during that high speed chase. Thanks to the help of this shop I am back on the road today. They have great customer service and are very professional. You definitely feel that they care about you and providing the best possible service to your vehicle. The business is awesome. Cruz and his team were really helpful and funny. I brought in my Tesla for inspection and they went over the top to help me out. They even figure out where the engine on the car was and check it for me. No oil change needed either. Awesome job, awesome customer service.

This is place great. I had one of my company vehicles worked on here. They did excellent work. The paint looks awesome. Cruz who works the front desk is very professional and personable. I wish I could give more stars. I will be taking my personal vehicle to them for now on.

This was my first time here, and the experience was great. The customer service provided by Cruz certainly surpassed my expectations to the point of having goosebumps. They take their time with the work and with explaining everything, even with a simple oil change. Cruz also worked with me on the price even after I used a half off coupon when he saw I was hesitant. I definitely recommend this place. As a plus, the waiting room smells great and with lots of snacks and drinks available.

As little of a job as an inspection may be, the staff here is the biggest reason that I will be a repeat customer if ever needed. Cruz is one of the nicest and most respectful guys I’ve ever done business with and cares deeply about the quality of the work done at this shop as well as the relationships and impact he leaves with his customers. I highly recommend this establishment for any of your auto needs. They use the newest tech, via an email link with photos and details, to notify you what the issue (s) are with your vehicle and which one's are a priority. The staff, from the owner to the mechanics are all professionals.

With most other places when you are told that we will call you later today with what we find but never do, Cruz, who's the manger prides himself in what he says. He told me that he would notify me to what's wrong tomorrow and he did. Again, if I need any other repairs, I am definitely bringing my vehicles back to them.

I receive wonderful customer service every time I am here. They give you a detailed explanation as well as a text of what they say. I feel that their goal in the recommendations will keep you on the road safely. Also, the waiting area is comfortable.
